My husband and I had a great time at Yard House, this was our first time here. Our server was spot on and everything from our drinks to our food was amazing. We will definitely be back and will be bringing our friends next time!
This could have been an outstanding review, but the hostess ruined it. Upon entering the restaurant, for which I had reservations for, the hostess was very rude when she said I arrived before my reservation time and was told to wait over there until Iâm called. The server and food were exceptional. I will be back, but hoping that the host/hostess will be friendlier as they are the first impression walking in. Having a bunch of family from out of town visiting I wanted to have a nice dinner with them. We all walked out happy with our meals, however the comment of hostess lingered throughout us.
Nice place excellent service. It is a bit darker than I like, but whatevs. The seating and everything is well done with plenty of space between tables.If you cannot find a beer you like, you may not like beer as there are plenty of options.Plenty of food options. I wasn't very hungry and only had an appetizer, the 4 cheese spinach artichoke dip. If that is a fair representation of the other food options, then the food options are good.
Of the many places over many years, this salmon rates at the top have ordered a salmon—nothing compares to this place of course we’re talking the level of this place not talking high end tiny food places, I don’t eat in those places . I say this again the salmon was good, the chef nailed it.Chef, I just want to say thank you. Also, thanks to my waiter for bringing all our food hot. I can’t think of your name but I watched you handle all your tables like a pro—timing down packed. For reference we sat down a little after 9pm yesterday Saturday May 21st. I have a shellfish allergy and you took it seriously, the manager even came over to ask me a few questions. Not speaking for anyone else’s pallet, but the people that work here come to work to make it a good experience for you so thank them when you have a good experience and try to have empathy when you don’t.
Our server was super friendly and attentive and she did a phenomenal job with timing the entrees right after completion of the appetizer. Highly recommend the firecracker shrimp! It's worth it just for the delicious potato cake at the bottom!
We happen to notice a 1/2 price Happy Hour Special and ordered from the indicated choices. Recommend burger sliders, pizza as well as the chicken nachos. Portion sizes are large...so don't over order. Staff was friendly and food came out hot. A great place to stop especially with all the beer offerings.
We love Yard House. My wife’s favorite meal is the Cali Stack and she’s never disappointed. The cheese curds are amazing and I have recently discovered the House Cheesesteak and it is my new go to. Madelyn was our server on our most recent visit and she was so much fun. She was smiley and bubbly on a busy Saturday night. Yard House is our favorite dinner spot in downtown Indy!
Happy hour specials were amazing. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Food was excellent
