Went and ate inside. I picked the boneless wings: butter lemon pepper and Korean. The majority of the tables had not be cleaned off and instead of napkins they have a roll of brown paper towel, I'm not sure if they can't find any napkins or whatever. The chicken is good of course it's better with the dipping sauces.Decent meal overall. I appreciate that response in conjunction to the review I left. I never try to go to a business and bash anyone,I present an honest summary of what I see, I look forward to going back to wingstop and trying out another location because your food is good.
Food was great, but didn't receive everything. Tried calling three times so I could ask for the items refunded and nobody ever answered. I couldn't find a link online if someone could reach out to me, that would be great! Thanks.Edit: Never heard back from anyone from the restaurant or any above store leaders.
Good was severely undercooked as per usual with this location. It seems the quality of food at this store has gone down drastically and I would not recommend this locations food which is unfortunate since this one used to have really good food but the service along with the quality is not what it used to be. Extraordinarily rude service when asked for help laughed at and treated poorly and cussed at on the phone.
This is an updated review, they had some really good wings, the quality has gone down hill and our last two orders were not correct. Shorted us thigh bits the first time and today the shorted me my three wings and instead, gave me three thigh bits with the wrong sauce. Plan to stay another 25 minutes for them to fix your order.
Ordered wings from their website and picked it up. Was ready when got there.was good but a little dry. Drinks good. Didn't really like the biscuits tho. Would still recommend. Very clean restaurant.
Call this place for atleast 25 minutes. After so long it was just the point to reach some one . To ask why the wasn’t answering. I hope the district manager recognizes that this store is lazy and loosing business. Wing stop has alway been our favorite but after seeing this store go down hill. We’ll be looking for a new wing place one that will appreciate our business. So sad to see a company fall off due to the fact the employees are lazy
Wings and fries are always hott and good every time I visit here. My order is never messed up I always receive what I order.Staff are professional and greet you every time you walk in. I recommend this place.
I've come to this location several times, the food is always decent enough to make me wanna give them another few shots, but every single time I've asked for my food extra well done, it's ALWAYS soggy. It never fails no matter how many times I ask that they be sure my wings are crispy. This time, I asked for them burnt because I was sick of the disappointment. Soggy again. It's a shame that something so small would ruin this restaurant for me but I can't let go of a consistent communication issue.
The most slowest restaurant on the Southside. Staff not very friendly or show any type of urgency when it comes to orders. At least Buffalo Wild Wings are friendly and cheerful. Won't be back. They deserve a zero but google doesn't allow that.
wish i could give 0 stars. walked in & was not helped at all until my boyfriend had to ask. employee behind counter was picking at his nose then walked over to another customer with his food without even washing his hands. our wings weren’t even tossed. we didn’t get our drink with our combo. we waited for over 30 minutes because our food was left on the rack without our name even being called out. and our food was cold. over heard an employee telling a customer how “bad the air is to breathe in” inside of the restaurant. highly disappointed with the service we experienced today.
