First of all take down your serving breakfast all day sign because we have been by this location 3 different times and all 3 times they couldn't make breakfast...Secondly don't advertise chicken bacon ranch sliders and then make me put on my own ranch..And 3rd was going to order chicken rings and we was told they have no condiments for dipping other then ranch.. Oh and then asked for a sweet tea they said they was out.. Very upset with this place.. We have spent a lot of money here...
It was almost 10pm when I arrived. There was no line in drive thru. The inside was closed. My food was hot. I didn't have a bad experience. It was a little slow but not slow enough to complain.
This store is desperately trying to survive, so if it takes a little time to be served at driveup understand it's hard to get experienced people. Food always good , sliders and onion chips always go down a treat, worth the little extra wait time, give them a try.
I went to white castle at 3 p.m. stomach on 10 hungry I ordered a bacon chicken ranch slider 2 for three it came out in minutes. Went back for a 10 peace chicken ring both were hot fresh and delicious. Much better than the white castle I know. I give the 100% customer service and delivery.
Food was not fresh. Under portion on fry's . Drive thru employee should not be interacting with customers. Didn't seem the least but concerned with being nice or courteous. Won't visit again soon.
Came to the drive through at about 10:30pm on Jun 12th 2022, and three or four people were inside doing god knows what… sat at the menu board for several minutes before someone came over and said “sorry man, we closed”Since when Is a White Castle closed?
Went here around 11pm. Google says they're open 24 hrs. There was a line of cars in the drive through. After we all sat in line for about 5 min each we eventually found out there was no one inside. The drive thru menu was lit up though, making it look open. Kinda sucked because we were really looking forward to eating after a long day of driving from PA.
They do pretty good service for only having a drive thru. But gotta say. Clean up your parking lot. And I know it isn't your property but get rid of all the trash and or people camping in tents behind your location. It's gonna run off your customers. Location across from Washington square Mall
Learned something new, if u like your burgers to taste like they did back in the day request them to be steamed. Oh my goodness ordering this way they have been PERFECT. A MUST TRY...
Terrible!! Went to Drive twice in less then 2 Days with Advertisements of the 1921 Burger. Was told first time the Grill for that Burger was Down and then was told if you wanted Sliders it will be 15 min for Fresh burgers. Day 2 rude Drive thru and no 1921 burgers.Will not be returning to this Location!!!
