Place is dirty. Rooms are not clean. I could tell the sheets were not changed from previous customers. The staffs were unfriendly and least the two during Check-in and Check-out! Most of the facilities advertise were not in working order. There is not breakfast, and 99% of the rooms is empty...not occupants. From three rooms we entered, beds were unmade and uncleaned. It took the staff three tries before finding us a room that seems clean to stay for the night. This place should not been open for business until everything has been renovated and clean. It a very dead place! Not recommended for anyone!! Always read reviews before making reservations!!
Never in my 64 years of life have I see such a place. When we pulled into the parking lot it was deserted. I thought it was closed, but no the door was open. Exterior was run down and trash was overflowing a trash can with liter around it for a few feet. Walking in I felt like I had entered the twilight zone. Furniture and carpet looked like it came from the 70’s. The lighting was dim, to camouflage the dust, old furniture and stained carpet. In the pool area the tops were off what looked like planters showing some nasty type of old mulch. There were real trees that had long lost leaves all over the cracked flooring. The pool was closed and behind some sort of barrier. The room that was reserved for us was much the same, old, stained and smelly. The bathroom followed suit . We returned to the front desk to ask if we could transfer to a different Ramada. She said there were none. We had booked on Priceline and could not be refunded. We called Priceline, but had a unsatisfactory conversation. Priceline tried to call the hotel, which the front desk would not answer the phone. We took the loss and drove to another part of Indianapolis to stay with a different chain of hotels.
Front desk clerk sitting out in his car when we arrived to check in. 1st room was a disaster (stripped bed and trash everywhere; 2nd room was at least made up. Burn-outs in the parking lot started at 12:30am and didn't stop until after 2am. All staff sloppily dressed, lazy and could have cared less.
I would give this location zero stars if I could. The pictures they provide online and the list of amenities do not coincide with what is actually there at all. This hotel was booked for us through a travel team agency at a stay and play basketball tournament we were participating in. It would not have been my first choice to begin with, but the pictures online made it look clean. That is definitely not the case. The lobby didn’t appear to be too bad when we checked in, however it went down hill fast once we started walking to the room. There were stains all over the place, holes in the wall, burst paint bubbles, brown ceiling tiles, ripped up carpet and multiple trash cans in the hallways collecting water and it was not raining. We were put in an adjoining room that did not have a lock on the adjoining room door because it had been kicked in from the other side at some point leaving a lovely hole in the wall. The door was split down the middle from where it had been kicked in and the lock was missing completely. There were holes in the sheets, stains on the carpet and stains on the chair in the room. The pool was filthy and closed. Breakfast consisted of cold coffee, juice boxes and a very minimal selection of pastries. The washer and dryer were broken. There is no fitness center even though there is one listed on the website. The trees in the atrium are overgrown and everything else is either missing or dead. I feel horrible for the staff that works here because the gentleman that was working when we checked in was super nice and felt bad about the condition of the building itself. However, the manager is a totally different story. One of the other parents found bugs in their bed and she told them it was their problem. She could care less about the cleanliness or experience anyone has at this hotel. I have stayed in a Wyndham owned hotel before and they should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. This place needs to either be closed or have a major renovation done to it before they allow anyone else to stay here.
This hotel was very dated. It has the original carpet and they smell like smoke. The carpet is very dirty and the rooms are old and not updated. One of the beds barely fit the frame and was wobbly. The tv didn't work and was dirty. The walls were dirty. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking s
We stayed for a basketball tournament. This hotel was given by the event coordinator which has since been contacted. Very dirty, old and everything was broken. It was however, an excellent location for where we were going.
This place looks like a location for a horror film. The smell of it is just as bad. Dont EVER stay here! Black mold all in the ceiling tiles. Hallways and entryways were extremely dirty. Red splatter all over the floor when entering door #2. Who knows what that was!!! We were here for a basketball tournament and all our families checked out after arrival.
When first pulling in we already did not have a good feeling about the place. It was very dirty and run down. The hotel staff were not clean and unkept, them and very rude. When we first walked we were told there was no bathroom for my daughter to use in the lobby because it was rented for a chess tournament. She had to wait until check in. Also we were told we could not use elevator we had to go to one of outside doors to enter by the steps. My mom has a bad knee and cannot use the steps. We entered through the side door, there was trash and dirt and dust all over carpet, looks like had not been picked up in years. The windows were filthy dirty, I did not even want to touch the door knob to the room it was so disgusting. In the hallway to our room which looked over the pool there were several large garbage cans full of water catching leaks in the ceiling. Ceiling tiles falling out, wet and moldy. We checked in and went to our room and it was dirty with beds not made and trash all over. Went to the front desk and complained and she gave us new keys to another room. Said we would have had to cancel 2 days prior to get our money back for that night. At this point I was sick to my stomach and knew I could not stay there but needed to get to the basketball game because we were going to be late. The new room that we were given smelled horribly of smoke and the hallway Reaked of marijuana. My daughter has asthma and this could have been very dangerous for her. I was told at front desk pool was open until 9. Not that I would have let my child swim there anyway as it is dirty and total health code violation. But the pool was in fact CLOSED. The lady flat out lied to me. This hotel is a disgrace to the city and I would not be recommending it to other families to stay in. Just being in lobby I did not have a good feeling. We asked to speak with a manager and they said she would not be in until Monday. We should not be charged for the nights we did not stay. This was a major inconvenience and had to pay quite a bit more to move to another hotel as everything in the city at a reasonable price was booked.
I booked this hotel because of their indoor pool. An indoor pool that was full of loud kids my 1st night and closed for treatment the remainder of my stay! Go figure! I might try again at a later date.
This hotel is awful. Stayed there on December 18, 2021. No water in shower. Bathroom nasty and room nasty. Don’t stay there.
