Sushi and other food was absolutely delicious and tasted of very high quality ingredients. The plates were prepared swiftly and the variety was above average. It's difficult to choose a single favorite but the chicken and the vegetable teppenyaki were tasty and the Godzilla roll was bomb.Definitely coming back here again, especially during weekday lunch.
I saw some bad reviews but I like to have my own experiences. I was extremely disappointed, I ordered the chicken katsu entree and it was nothing like they advertized. I tried to communicate with the server and ordered two servings of extra rice because I didn't think it came with rice. The serving was like a kids meal, the rice taste like plastic and it was barely any meat. I paid 30 dollars for basically nothing. Very disappointed, enter at your own risk.
This place is ran down and dirty. The table and floor was extremely sticky after supposedly being "cleaned" the floor was also very slippery. There were several fruit flies in the restaurant which tells me there not clean. The food was low quality and not worth the $. This is the worse sushi I ever had you can literally get better sushi at a grocery. They say all you can eat but it's not! The menu says they will charge you after 7 items. The service was ok but overall I would not recommend this place.
I've eaten here before with good experience. Today's visit was ok. The soup was served lukewarm and tasted a bit off. Some of the rolls oddly lacked texture - overcooked rice maybe? The sushi pizza was tasty and the fish components tasted fresh.
Official 3.5Sushi is good. Love the all you can eat experience. 25$ per person dinner time. I enjoy my meal nearly every time I come here!Bit of a language barrier when ordering. But simple menus with dry erase markers make it easier. The reviews about this place being dirty are true. Overhaul needed.Front door was busted. Wouldn’t close properly. The table had a sticky residue on the entire surface. It looked as if the entrance way windows had never been cleaned. Kids prints everywhere. The fruit flys were a thing. The fish tank that once was an eye catcher is filled half way with mossy green water and not appealing to look at while eating any longer.
If I had to pick one word to describe this place, disappointed is the best I could do. I have been to the Broad Ripple location several times. It is always top-notch and great service. The Lawrence location is a far cry from the Broad Ripple location. It took a few minutes for us to even be noticed when we came in, despite there only being one occupied table in the whole restaurant. We were led to a table that was very sticky. It took an amount of effort to get the soy sauce off of the table. We asked the server to please wipe it down again for us and she did, but it made no difference whatsoever. I think when you use the same dirty rag to wipe down dirty tables, it’s hard for them to get clean. We placed our order and most of the food was pretty good. The sushi was pretty good. The fried items, crab rangoon, spring rolls, tempura mushrooms, and the dumplings were all very, very greasy. I don’t think that they were put on a draining rack for any length of time. The fish tank, right by the front door, is so filthy you could hardly see the fish. It’s not very appetizing to see scum and algae when you’re ready to eat a seafood dinner. The patio was closed but filled with trash and completely unappealing. I don’t know about the kitchen, but the entire dining room was in need of a deep clean. My shoes stuck to the floor, which is never what you want in a restaurant. The bathroom was filthy. The trash was overflowing and every square inch of the floor was sticky. The final piece of fun for the evening was the fly on our table. So I came back to the table after the bathroom trip, there was a fly dancing around on the table. I guess he figured out how to not get stuck to it.An all you can eat sushi restaurant is a big win. But the problems with this place outweigh the benefits of inexpensive sushi. I’ll go back to the Broadripple location. I’m not coming back to the Lawrence location again.

Been here a dozen times. Sushi is good for the price, service is always good. The place is filthy though, even the cabinet where the raw prepared fish is stored is always nasty. Learn to clean better.
We've been going here since they've opened, and never been disappointed. The quality and variety on the all you can eat menu is well worth the price, and the service is polite and fast.
Great food, great service! You also get the opportunity to try a little bit of everything with their sushi all-you-can-eat dinner. It's a great value for the price ?
