I’ve ordered a couple of times and will absolutely order again. It’s hard to find easy access to meat at this quality, so it’s worth the trip if you aren’t usually in Fountain Square. Fair warning, you can’t buy box store grocery meat anymore once you try it. The website is super easy to use and the team is beyond friendly. I forgot to pick up my tenderloin for Xmas and they even called to remind me, then made sure I knew my pickup options for the next day. Follow them on Instagram if you can, a lot of updates (Covid times, something is always changing) and new product updates. They also support other local business partners and I love seeing the commitment to community.
I have ordered at least half the restaurant menu over the past 2 years, ordered countless butchershop items (from chops to dry aged ribeye to whole chickens), been saved by the grocery selections more than once during the pandemic, and ate way too many smashburgers(don't sleep on the house made special sauce). I have never once been disappointed. Know where your food comes from. Shop local. Eat local. Be kind to the excellent staff. Feel the good vibes. ?

My whole family dreams of the food from here. They are masters of their craft. I only wish I had a double smash burger in my hand(s) right now with a side of tallow fries and an extra side of sauce for dipping.If you're reading this wondering if you should eat here, you're already wasting the time before you've had one of the best sandwiches of your life.
I ordered a whole beef tenderloin for Christmas Eve dinner (about 4 pounds). It came trimmed and tied with Rosemary, as pictured. I added a garlic butter rub to it, and cooked it for a little over a half hour as recommended and it came out a perfect medium rare. My knife slid through it like butter, and it was even still perfectly tender two days later after reheating leftovers in the microwave (sacrilegious I know). Everyone at the table thought it was excellent. It was a very high quality piece of beef, and the price was comparable to other places (beef tenderloin is never cheap). I’m excited to try other products. Highly recommend!
First time customer and so amazingly good. I got the turkey sandwich and was blown away with the taste. I also purchased some groceries from here. This is the only place I can find pork cheek lard for my pasta sauce. I was so thrilled to have found this place and can’t wait to return.
Advice: GO WHERE THE LOCALS GO!! My husband & I are both F&B Industry peeps and this is our favorite neighborhood market near downtown Indy! We love the Beef Franks, they have become a staple in our house. Their Smashburger (add extra patty) is also by far the best I've ever had & I've tried them all. Amanda, George & Saiti are always so friendly & go above and beyond for their guests! They have taken safety seriously during COVID-19 and we are grateful they are working hard to provide us with their delicious meats, local produce, and rotating take & bakes ♡ #supportlocal

It's so nice to have a butcher with so many options available in the city. The online ordering option makes it very easy to get what you need and pick up at the curb. I ordered a variety of things. I made ramen with their pig trotters and pork belly. I can't wait to try other options from this place!
