I met two friends here for lunch and was not disappointed! The waitress was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The chicken salad was a big hit. The waitress suggested a tea that was excellent! We were planning our next trip back before leaving the table.
Tea with my daughter. We used to go often when she was young. Now she is a grown woman. We moved to Indiana when she was 13 and I never found a tea room that serves the afternoon tea that we were used to sharing. Tillyâs is it. The food was wonderful. The tea selection was amazing. The atmosphere was great. Most of all the service was wonderful! Even though it was a bit busy. Our waitstaff took time to visit a little and was very attentive.
I took my daughter to Tillyâs Tea Room for her birthday lunch. The hostess/waitress was very kind. She was working by herself for a little while due to being short staffed like many places, but she was still on top of things. I loved the decor and the food was good (although they were very skimpy on the chips w/my sandwich). I do look forward to returning.

Ambiance: Looks like anything but a tea room. Cavernous & contemporary Food: chicken salad sandwich was good as well as the ham sandwich. Serving size was minuscule regarding salad which was more of a garnish & 6 chips was hardly worth the effort. Jasmine tea had no flavor at all. Noise: a sculpture art installation was going on in the area adjacent to the tearoom so there was a lot of âbanging & thumpingâ. Annoying. Value: Overpriced
Lunch date with my granddaughter. The salads and desserts were beautiful and delicious. Our server pampered us and throughout the elegant experience.
Will definitely use this as a special occasion destination!
