Excellent value for money to eat a pasta in Indianapolis. We were very well attended in an environment with a very retro themed decoration, which made our experience complete. I recommend!
The place was very busy but our server did a great job taking care of us (party of 6) and the food was delicious!
Mediocre food, bland, I definitely don’t recommend this place.
A nice destination downtown for dinner. Food portions were above average. We shared one party entree between two adults. Cheesecake was some of the best that I've had. As far as price range I would rate it $$.

Quick service and Amazing spaghetti!! If you love great marinara this is it!! Fabulous! Salad dressing wasn’t great but the spaghetti made up for it! Highly recommend!!!
Good authentic dishes with a great overall experience. The atmosphere is great with the decor and where else can you eat in a trolley car. Chicken Marsala was great and the service was stupendous.
It’s the same old spaghetti factory flavors it’s always been. It was great for the kids who like their meals. The mizithra browned butter dish is the best thing I’ve ever had here and it remains that way. The chicken Parmesan was pretty good, lacks that little something extra. The service was good, great old atmosphere and great kids meal portions as well adult entrees were good portions. Will likely be coming back next time we’re downtown.
We had a party 8. 5 of our party, it was their first time there. Michael was amazing at explaining the menu and making sure everyone knew what they were getting. Michael was an awesome waiter and made our experience great!
First off our service was beyond excellent! The food outstanding! My wife loves the Factory and she had an awesome meal! I did also! We'll be back - - - soon! Thanks!!! :)
