Had an awesome time with our server Titan! Very personable and knowledgeable about cocktails and bourbon! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Indy for the first time.
I’ve heard such good things about this place from all of my whiskey/bourbon drinking friends, so I’m surprised it took me so long to finally come here. We stopped in while waiting for our table at another restaurant, so I didn’t have that much time here but I will definitely be back!The atmosphere when you walk in is very lively. The music that’s playing, almost every song was a bop. The only thing that would’ve made this better is if I had a cigar in my hand.Photo 1: Don’t tell lie’s in heavenSo good. Warm, flavorful, smooth and you don’t taste the bourbon. The citrus and bitters flavors mix really well with the bourbon.
Got into town late. Checked into our hotel amd wanted a cocktail. Found this place on Google so decided to check it out.Got there right at last call and the Bartender let me rder two drinks. I ordered their old fashioned and let the Bartender choose my other drink.He made me their strawberry rye cocktail. Both cocktails were great. Wish I had more time.
The vibe, and great drinks make for such a great time. Try the “Don’t tell me lies in heaven” and ask them to smoke it if you are a whisky person!
We had a great time at the Exchange in March 2022. The place is so well decorated and comfortable, offering s trendy space above and a cozy space below. We appreciated the tremendous service in terms of picking drinks and enjoying the special smoke infusions. Titan is a knowledgeable and friendly bartender who makes spending time at the Exchange an ever more special experience. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to friends visiting Indianapolis.
I come here weekly!!! I love this place. Asia, Titan, and Brandaun always take the time to explain anything and everything off of the menu. I have never had a bar I felt like I ever wanted to become a regular at, but this place has definitely won my heart.
Loved this bar so freaking much. The vibe was fantastic, the music was fun but not so loud that you can’t hear the people you are with; but most importantly, the staff is amazing. Titan the bartender was a freaking artist mixologist. He made the night so much fun and is the main reason we will for sure be back!
Wanted to like this place but ended up having terrible service from one of the male bartenders. I ordered a whiskey with soda water and he scoffed at me and told me that he did not think he could make that for me. He was appalled that I would mix whiskey and soda water. He then told me that he would just bring me two glasses, one with whiskey and one with the soda water and that I could do what I please with them. He then proceeded to bring me the drink I ordered. Not sure why he felt the need to dismiss my order and then bring me what I asked for, except to act like he was better than me. At bar you should be able to order a drink exactly as you want it no questions asked. Will not be back and will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it.
First off, this is a beautiful place with nice ambiance. BUT PLSSSSSSS save your money! We literally spent $30 on craft cocktails with at best a half a shot/ 1 oz of alcohol. And i know this to be true because we were watching the bartender.
