Quick visit to get the cheesecake for dessert only, we walked directly to the cheesecake counter and got our order in less than a minute. Ordered mango key lime cheesecake, which was the perfect blend of sour lime flavor and sweet mango juiciness. There are a variety of cheesecakes you can choose from including red velvet and dark chocolate. I love the cheese factory location cause there’s a variety of places we can shop at, and hang around on the benches outside. We ended up savoring our cheesecake outdoors and it was an experience I won’t regret!
It's been awhile since I've visited the Cheesecake Factory, so in my mind it was a great idea. We went on a Thursday around 1:30pm, find good parking, no crowd, seated within minutes, awesome! A young lady name Tania greeted our table with enormous energy, she let us know that she was in training and the server (can't recall her name) would be by soon. Tania returned several times, always with a smile, very pleasant and personable, she would eventually take our order once we were ready, and in a timely manner. We placed our order, Bistro Shrimp, and Chicken sliders, we nibbled on bread as we waited. The Bistro Shrimp pasta was okay, just okay, flavorless really, a ton of Parmesan helped a bit. The chicken sliders were tasty tho. Oh BTW the real server topped our water off, never spoke or introduced herself, never smiled, never even forced fake happiness. The 3-Stars really reflect the service that We received from Tania, I would have given a 2 star at best.
I was driving there but hoping I could place my food order before arriving .Yesterday, 2/13/2022. I sat on hold for 29 minutes & 3 seconds trying to place the to go order. No one picked up the hold call. I arrived at the restaurant to place the order. I recieved my order. I went to my car checked my food. The eggs were not cracked eggs. I told the cashier when placing my order that I did not want poured/powered eggs. I repeated it several times. I walked back to the restaurant and told the cashier. I would like the eggs removed from my receipt. She looked at me, like I had two heads or something & I am the problem. I specifically repeated several times I do not want pour/powdered eggs when the order was placed. The staff on the side interjected stating those are real eggs. They called the manager she was just as bad as her staff stating they are cracked eggs. LYING!!! I cook and I definitely know the difference. I dined in a few months back for brunch and had to send the same type of eggs back to the kitchen. The managers attitude was Awful & Rude. She told me the eggs has sour cream, salt and pepper that's why they look like that. I do not want sour cream in my eggs nor was I asked if that was ok!!! No salt or pepper was on those sooo called cracked eggs. I did not receive napkins, butter or salt/pepper. Horrible Hospitality. The picture on the left was from the restaurant. We waited over a hour and 1/2 to even be seated. We ordered our food and my sides to my meal were cold. The server brought fresh ones and one of my sides was corn and it was so dry it stuck to my teeth. We waited for the food to be made fresh or so we thought over 20 minutes more. Our server finally came with the bill after being m.i.a. for a long time. Then we lastly asked to speak to a manager. The Manager named Melissa comes to the table already with a Attitude by her body language. We told her our issues during our visit she didn't care she was so focused on us telling her about the total time waiting she forgot the bigger issue. She offered to take $3 off the bill...like what a slap in the face didn't say sorry nothing. This manager melissa needs to be fired and she also lost many customers being we won't be coming back nor will this location be reccomended to anyone I know if this is the way we are treated. We could have chose somewhere else to spend our money but we didn't. We could have got better service at McDonald's and saved alot of money.
It was my first visit. Great atmosphere! Variety food selection, reasonable pricing, Great service!! Definitely recommend with amazing selections of cheesecake and steak.
Just delicious, great service friendly staff. My wife and I went there for a special dinner and even though busy we were sat via our reservation promptly. Cheese cake was spot on as well!
We showed up at 4:30 to get a table and was told the wait would be 90-120 minutes. We decided to wait and explore the mall and it took over 2 hours. I took a few bites of my food and pulled two hairs out of my food! I wish I had a picture of the bigger hair. I also noticed a couple nats bugging around our table. Our waitress got me a replacement to go. Waited another 45 minuted for cheesecake. Would not recommend after the extremely long wait times and poor food quality.
We had a great visit. Our server wasnt too attentive so the manager Bryce corrected it immediately. They also personalized the oreo cheesecake my bf's daughter ordered for her 16th birthday. The avocado eggrolls are always a must and the dipping sauce just completes them. The bread is always good and the real butter that it is served with. We also ordered the pot stickers which came out cold but the manager took care of it immediately, they were pretty salty but not too bad. The chicken sliders are ok, just regular fried chicken nothing spectacular but still good.
Our waitress TrinityG was amazing! Positive energy, attentive, and very polite. She's the only reason why this is a two-star review and not a one star. My party had a negative experience with the back of the house. We ordered calamari as an appetizer, overcooked and rubbery. The chicken included in the factory chopped salad tastes like canned chicken, dry and unseasoned. The worst part was that we found hair embedded in the chicken in our pineapple chicken and shrimp meal. It looked as if the hair was in the batter and fried with the chicken.
Food was great and our waitress was AWESOME!! She was nice funny and attentive even with handling a large table and our 6 top. She also knew the menu which was great since I hadn't visited in years. Definitely will be returning
