Ants were crawling up the wall and onto the table. The service took forever and there were long black hairs in the sour cream. The food was over cooked and took more than 35 minutes to arrive. We were the only group (of 5) at the restaurant and the gentleman had to check to see if the tables were recently sanitized. He came back 15 minutes (conservative estimate) to come back then ask us two more times how many were in our party after asking us if everyone was there. From start to finish the worst 120 bucks I’ve ever spent. My favorite part of the evening was the music playing that was not edited for younger diners. Mac Miller is not kid appropriate.
I don't know what has happened to this place over the years but I stood at the front waiting to be suited with my daughter for 15 minutes. I watch the manager walk by several times without greeting us. They had the host who was also cleaning the tables and doing carryout all the way in the back of the building. The waitress did a great job but management needs to be more on top of other things

Because the man said we had to wait 2 hours cause they was short staffed and wasn’t nobody in there but when my daughter went back in there he said he did that because we smell like weed I’m so loss cause I don’t smoke and what that got to do with anything. So now you turning people away for there smell so sad
Today around 3:20 p.m. I went to pick up an Uber Eats order, I work for Uber Eats part-time. I sat and waited for someone to offer their assistance and no one did. I waited 10 minutes and three waiters kept walking past me and never offered me any help. One man I was talking to and he ignored me. The bartender ignored me and the other waiters ignored me. I got tired of waiting so I walked into the filthy and I mean nasty kitchen myself and picked up the order. That was the worst experience I have ever had at TGI Friday's.
We stopped in because it was a chain that serves standard mid-range food we enjoy. I got concerned when no cars were in the lot at 7pm on a weeknight. Then we saw the weeds growing up from the pavement and long overgrown landscaping (strike 2). We made it inside only to stand at the hostess desk. The bartender saw us but ignored us. Two waitresses walked by but did the same. Clearly no one wanted to work so we took the hint and walked out. There are plenty of places to eat in this part of Indy. Go to any one of them.
The food was good however the portion size was insufficient. I ordered the grilled shrimp and the pieces were the size of a 25cent coin. I've personally never had shrimp that small.Also, we waited approximately 15-20mins before our server even acknowledged our presence. We had to ask someone to please help us with ordering. The restaurant was less than half full and only one other party was seated in our area.The server was nice, but very slow.
Appetizers (potato skins) tasted cold and old.Grilled chicken came with 2 pieces and one piece had a huge bite taken out, chicken was over cooked dry and rubbery. Blue raspberry slushy was ice water with blu dye.Steak was very tiny but good. Mashed potatoes were delicious, Bacon burger was good.Service was ok.Not something worth our $80.00
We had a great experience and a wonderful waitress. She took our orders and delivered our food fast even though we were a rather large party with children
The cinnabon cheesecake is phenomenal!! I indulged in every bite. I wished it lasted for ever! Everything from the pecans to the ice cream to the crust is amazing! Perfect dessert!
