Stopped in for some comfort food and a cocktail. Hailey, the bartender, was amazing. The bar was full of patrons but she did not skip a beat. She greeted everyone with a smile and no one had to wait long for their orders to be taken. Highly recommend and will be returning soon!
Great little spot! This was my first time there.. Our service was EXCELLENT and the food was DELICIOUS- highly recommend the fish tacos. Parking is right in front (be sure to pay to park bc a parking attendant checks every 30 min). Plus they had Strongbow!
Absolutely amazing! I can add another place to me go to list of places to eat. The pretzels were warm, crunchy on the out side with a nice salt crust and soft and airy on the inside. The house made mustard and beer cheese make it all come together. The mahi-mahi tacos were amazing blacked and were crunchy on the outside and warm and flaky on the inside. The tacos were generally portioned with an amazing hot mayo sauce as a topping. The last time I had a fish taco like this it was in California. The Mac and cheese is made from scratch with a home made cheese sauce. A for sure 5 out of 5 and a must have. The blend of spices and other ingredients for the base made it a good wars moment (reference for the anime friends out there). And their cheese case is worth a taste as well. Great ending for a night and perfect for two. The bar makes amazing vodka martinis and the coffee is vary fresh. Lastly the water was fresh and didn’t taste like city water at all. 100% a place to try. Lastly one big thing. All the management and staff are friendly and vary welcoming. This place is like a fine dining establishment mixed with the friendliness of eating at your moms house. A gem of Indy for sure.
Great staff! Great view of Mass Ave. I go there quite often and I'm always pleased with the service and service and atmosphere atmosphere. Outdoor patio is a great spot to people watch.
Food was good, service was good, they werenât really that busy. Drinks were great and we had a nice time.
It was quick to get a seat at the bar. They also have tables and outside seating. The chili was a great little filler for the start of my night.
Extremely OK. The atmosphere of the place is nothing to write home about. My family of 5 went in at the recommendation of my daughter who had been in before with family. She raved about the chicken tenders. Well, we ordered two orders of chicken tenders, the brisket nachos, two orders of fries and I had a side salad.Our waiter William seemed incredibly annoyed to have us. I get how servers feel when they see families but, they aren't supposed to readily recognize that you don't want to serve them. He was far more interested with making sure we ordered more and more food instead of taking the order we were making. On the flipside, I do appreciate him telling me that the pretzel app was just 3 sticks tho. He also said that the chicken tenders app was only 5 tenders which is why we ordered 2. To charge what they do for the portion size they offer isn't ideal.I didn't ask if the chicken tenders came with fries so when they arrived with fries, I asked the lady who brought the food if that was the side all she said was "I'll get you some more" and ran off. I addressed it with our server and he just said "she's new". How long do you have to work in a restaurant to know you only bring people the food they order? Because we ate them I paid for it.All in all, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Unless of course, they want overpriced and underspiced food with a dash of uncomfortable vibes.Oh, and he still got tipped.
Terrible experience. Went there with some friends to celebrate my birthday. Sat outside to enjoy the nice weather, but could not enjoy myself, was very loud. A Group of douche bags were doing some kind of fantasy draft on the patio. Totally Loud. No respect or awareness of who or what was around them. No clue. I couldn’t even hear what the guys at my own table a few feet away was saying. Management and wait staff were clueless. Acted like there was no problem. Orders the steak . Fatty and tasteless. I will NOT be back
