went for the first time lastnight and Jorge was amazing and super nice! The food was made fresh and each thing we ordered was delicious! Highly recommend and honestly may go back tonight!

Taste of Cholula isn't in this location anymore. This review is for the taco truck currently operating out of this location, which I find to be quite a bit better.The tacos and burritos here are fantastic. The meats are good quality and well prepared. They add a little bit of corn to the burritos, which I find interesting. They also cook the tortillas for the tacos a little more than your standard taqueria. They're not crispy or greasy, and it definitely makes them better. Portions are middle of the road, and good value for the price.What really sets this truck apart is how friendly they are. The main guy who runs it always seems happy to see you, and he's very pleasant to talk to. While it's pretty rare in my experience to encounter truly bad service at a taqueria or truck, with some it's clear they could take or leave your business. I don't hold that against them, because I understand I'm an outsider to their community. But at some places, like this truck, it's clear they're happy to have your business and would like for you to come back. I've been to this truck a few times, and I will definitely be returning.
Food it taste great but the portions were pretty small and it was pretty overpriced for the size that you got and also there wasn’t much to choose from it was very basic and we went on a Saturday night at about 11 PM and after they took our order they told us we were out of chicken and then I had to go back and asked for napkins and then I had to go back again and ask for forks.
Absolutely phenomenal. The man working the window was so cheerful and welcoming. Plenty of parking no matter how busy, which can be hard to find sometimes with food trucks. Food was out in under ten minutes (mind you it was a tuesday night, so give them grace if it’s a weekend and they’re busy). I wish I took a picture of the tacos, but I scarfed them down. Will absolutely be visiting again!

Amazing taco truck. Good prices and portions, great tasting every time. They do only take cash, which is inconvenient but often the price of doing business. There’s an ATM at the gas station across the street. Worth it!

This place is always open and it's authentic. Very friendly people, too. Cash only, though!
