I usually come to this place because the food is good. Unfortunately this time around the service was horrible. My kids ordered quesadillas and none of the cheese was melted and there was hair in one of them. They forgot a couple of things we ordered and brought it out when we were almost done eating. On top of this the state tax is 7% but they charge 9%. They also added an additional 3% for not paying cash and gratuity. I’m not a cheap person but just don’t like that they’re taking advantage of customers charging an additional 12% to their bill.
This place has the worst customer service and might as well be ran out of someone’s home. I’ve attempted to eat here 2 times and each time I have not been able to get anything because they give the wrong order each time. When I attempt to let them know so they can correct the one item that was wrong, the lady gets an attitude tries to argue with me over what I asked for and then says she’s not giving me the order at all. She tried to issue a refund for less than half of the order, mind you she refused to give me any of the items I paid had already paid for. When I requested the full amount of my refund she threw the money at me and then snatched the bag of food from me. This happened on 2 separate occasions with the same lady. I probably dodged a bullet eating here since there was no soap at all in the bathroom the employees also use.
Ugh. Bad attitude from cashier as soon as we walked in the door. Almost like she feels that this is the only place to get tacos. Seasonless food followed. I chewed on beef to get juice but spit out because the beef didnt break down. If you gonna have attitude at least have delicious food.
Hands down, one of the best AUTHENTIC Hispanic restaurant on the West Side. Tacos are killer, and the burritos put anyone to shame. A must in Indy if you have a hunger for Mexican.
Small hole in a wall amazing place for birria. Clean inside. The staff doesn't know much English but they are good with working through the language barrier. Definitely check this place out if in town
my tacos were straight garbage. soggy as hell and the soup had no flavor. how is birria in your name but it doesnt taste good at all.
i was given two big bags of chips but they wouldn’t give me salsa, and also forgot my dipping sauce for my birria taco. beef was underseasoned.
