The birthday cake I asked for was exactly what I got & it was good!!! The cake lasted less than 48 hours. 5 star on the design, 5 star on the taste & 5 star on the price. Minor issue, I sent a request to have “Birthday blessings Matthew” written on the round cardboard portion of the cake but it wasn’t there. No worries, again minor issues. I will continue to be a repeat customer!
This cake was amazing! It had rave reviews from all of our guests! I would highly recommend Sweet Escape! I drove over an hour to and from to pick this cake up and it was well worth it!
I contacted Sweet escape cake company 1 week before with a custom cake design and they completely nailed it. The cake was beautiful and received a lot of compliments. The price is also reasonable. The cake was falling apart the number 5 broke in half the cake was very dry not pleased at all Would not recommended
We’ve tried their cake samples at two wedding expos and each time they have been really dry. They were really nice but the quality of the cake seems subpar.

We have used Sweet Escape for nearly all large events we have.... and the staff is always so incredible, but I have to specifically write a review about the love and care my family was shown this past weekend. You see, it is has been a rough six months, my nephew, Noah, days before his first birthday, was diagnosed with Leukemia. In fact, it has been weeks since we have all been able to be together as a family.... and tonight we were able to do just that (with a cake of course!). As my mother in law was talking to the employees at the store, and telling the story of what we have been through, she was called and refunded her money with a sweet message of hope for my nephew... but that was not the end of it! Someone at the store then found his Amazon wish list and ordered surprises for Noah and his family. An INCREDIBLE gesture of kindness, and one that brought many smiles to our faces. I could not possible thank the staff enough for the care they have shown. We have always loved Sweet Escape, and now, even more! Thank you staff, your kindness will always be remembered.
We had ordered some items for Valentine's Day, including cookies and cake pops. Everything was so good, we decided to order more things after. We only order from Sweet Escapes. They always make the best dessert items! And if you haven't asked them about their special occasion bakery items, you must. They made the best things for our wedding reception. Our guests raved about the mini desserts. Sweet Escape Cake Company is the best!
