The cake was falling apart the number 5 broke in half the cake was very dry not pleased at all Would not recommended
We’ve tried their cake samples at two wedding expos and each time they have been really dry. They were really nice but the quality of the cake seems subpar.
We have used Sweet Escape for nearly all large events we have.... and the staff is always so incredible, but I have to specifically write a review about the love and care my family was shown this past weekend. You see, it is has been a rough six months, my nephew, Noah, days before his first birthday, was diagnosed with Leukemia. In fact, it has been weeks since we have all been able to be together as a family.... and tonight we were able to do just that (with a cake of course!). As my mother in law was talking to the employees at the store, and telling the story of what we have been through, she was called and refunded her money with a sweet message of hope for my nephew... but that was not the end of it! Someone at the store then found his Amazon wish list and ordered surprises for Noah and his family. An INCREDIBLE gesture of kindness, and one that brought many smiles to our faces. I could not possible thank the staff enough for the care they have shown. We have always loved Sweet Escape, and now, even more! Thank you staff, your kindness will always be remembered.
Sweet Escape has the BEST cake in town. Beautiful creations, incredible customer service and reasonable pricing! You WON'T be disappointed!
We had this platter delivered to us today from another company. It was delicious!! I highly recommend!!
I was extremely excited to hire Sweet Escapes. However, just like several other companies I reached out to, their communication was slow. I contacted them 6 months before my wedding. Sometimes it would take a week to respond. We even went in for a tasting (we had to pay $25 for it) and loved it. I told them I needed to confirm with my grandmother who was paying before booking. When I was ready to book, I called the store. They told me she wasn’t in and that I should email the

I could not have been happier with the cake we received. We arranged everything via email and their website, and sent reference pics. Communication was quick and making a payment was easy. The cake itself was absolutely AMAZING. We had a retirement party for my husband after 30+ years in the Air Force, and chose a 3-tier cake. Everyone asked us where we got our cake - and we continue to receive comments in person as well as on social media. It tasted wonderful, too! I absolutely plan to use them again for any milestone celebrations - I wouldn't trust anyone else with an important cake creation. They are BEYOND fantastic.
I ordered a cake in the shape of a gneiss rock for my Purdue Geology major’s graduation party. Not only was she impressed with how realistic the cake appeared, but it was also delicious. Many of our guests commented on how much they loved the cake. My daughter sent pictures of her cake to all her Geology friends! Thank you for helping make her graduation so special!
