Food was great but the service was horrible! After asking for bread, 30 minutes later we had to flag down someone other than our waiter to finally get it. After 50 minutes we were able to get the attention of a hostess who managed to get our salads for us. She said a manager would come talk to us but that never happened. We usually come here for our anniversary dinner every year but next year we may have to reconsider. We ended up agitated and not in a good mood after dining here.

Food was excellent. Waitress was great. They are not bashful about the pricing as one would expect at a high-end restaurant.

Very slow service Broccoli hard and not served in an appetizing fashion

OK, but nothing special. Bar nice. Booth comfortable. Service OK but not professional.

Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. The lighting is dim so nice for an evening date night or celebration of a special occasion. Drinks are good. Food is delicious and dessert (especially the bread pudding) is a must try!

Good food and good service by Awon. We both had the specials.

Excellent food and service as usual at Sullivan’s!

Atmosphere was great, service was great, wine was great, but the food not so great. Steaks weren’t seared on the outside. I ordered the Gorgonzola butter as a steak enhancer and I should have ordered it on the side. The butter enhancer was so salty, it was hard to eat the steak. For our sides we ordered the Brussels sprouts, creamed spinach, and steakhouse mushrooms. The creamed spinach was a thin consistency like a soup and the Brussels sprouts were crunchy like they were barely cooked and tasted like they were doused with liquid smoke. I think between my husband and I, we only ate two bites which was a major disappointment because we love Brussel sprouts. The mushrooms were just okay. Everything tasted very salty. We also ordered Cesar salads and they were just okay.. it’s hard to mess up a Cesar salad but I’ve had a lot better at other steakhouses/restaurants. I hate to leave a not so great review but considering there are so many steakhouses in town that are comparable in price, I would not go back. We spent a lot of money and left feeling disappointed.

It was our 20th anniversary and wanted to make it special. We went to Sullivan's thinking they would make it special and they really didn't. We got a few "happy anniversary"'s, but that's it. I expected a lot more from then, knowing it was our 20th anniversary!

We had lunch for our anniversary. The card on our table and complimentary dessert was nice. They sat us right beside 2 other tables which was weird since the rest of the restaurant was empty? This kinda ruined the celebratory ambiance for us because the other occupied tables were both business lunches. The crab cake was not as good as I remembered but my husband liked it. The wedge salad and cheesesteak sandwich were just okay. My husband enjoyed his New York Strip steak. Our waitress did a good job. Wasn’t the best experience but wasn’t the worst either and was an expensive lunch.
