Staff were nice and the food decent. However, malts are no longer on the menu here and since you order from a screen, any shakes will be signature styled and that is all. Yiu can't substitute out anything, you can't add or mix. So be aware of this before you go. They were having staffing problems when I went, as are many places, so don't trust the posted hours. They may close early.
Food was good, service was.... okay. The real kicker and reason for only two stars is.... they "don't have water." Uhh huh.. no water. No faucet to wash their hands before they make your food? "No water."Welllllllll. . . . You can buy bottled water... sure. A $2.00 bottle of Dasani to gag on. No cup of ice water though because... they don't have it.They have the water... that's how they make the soda of course. It's a requirement for that of course... they just tell people they don't. Genius right? That's how you sell that toilet water Dasani.Yeah.... We won't be back.
Drive thru girl has an attitude problem when we told her they screwed our order up on the shake we asked for cookie dough and they gave us peanut butter and my daughter is allergic to peanuts. Sitting in the drive thru for 20mins and they call this fast food?
Had a great drive-thru experience. Always a family favorite. The new milkshakes are worth a visit!
Horrible horrible experience and the “new” stuff they are trying is not working. Honestly just shut the franchise down. I’ve been eating Steak ‘n Shake for well over 20 years and now every location around here is horrible. This one can’t seem to figure out how to take orders correctly and the food is always horrible. My favorite fast food restaurant turned into my least favorite. I will never go to another Steak ‘n Shake. Mostly caused by this location.
Apparently Tuesday night is amateur hour over there. Charged me extra for the cheese sauce but didn't even put it in the bag, and added mustard to a sandwich when I asked for mayo. I literally gave you guys instructions and you still messed it up. Good job.
Incredibly disappointed this location is completely automated, there is no drive-thru, counter or table service. Everything is done via a touch-screen ordering system. The staff we did interface with was friendly.
At least 8 cars in the drive thru and a worker came out to say they’re no longer taking orders. At 8:00 PM on a Saturday! Seems like every time we come to this location, they’re closed or the food ends up wrong
Food is almost always great. This vist was no exception. My kids love the shakes.
Christina was the nicest waiter that we have had in a very long time. I would like to have more waiters like her in all of the restaurants that we go to.
