They are open!! Go eat here again. It has been remodeled and the staff was friendly and ready to help. You now order at a kiosk but our food, even with milkshakes came out very quickly. Tasted like the same Steak ‘n Shake burger and fries I’ve always enjoyed!
Ordered delivery from this steak and shake using the steak and shake app, half of my food didn’t show up and when I called the store to ask them to fix it they promptly told me there is nothing they are going to do so I paid 30$ for some chili and a cheeseburger. I am on bed rest with twins so it’s not like I can go get the food myself. I was craving that milkshake so bad ?
Sucks. Only positive is was recently remodeled. Food isn't good, no waitresses or service any more, just kiosks self service and rude employees. They should just close Steak n Shake down, it's a shell of its former self.
Had a late dinner after a concert at 11pm. Order came quickly (even though there were a lot of people there) and everything was good, although I was hoping to order a steak frank and their own cherry flavored coke (which I usually order at my steak n shake up in south bend), but I didn't see those options on the self service menu. Otherwise it was a good experience.
I don’t even know how this stake and shake is still opened. I have never tasted a hamburger so bad. The place is super dirty, the employees super slow, zero initiative to give a good service.
Ok. This was a bad idea to begin with. After dinner someone in our group suggested instead of ice cream we get a shake. So we ended up here. You order on a Kiosk and that was the most efficient thing running. It took 45 mins to receive 2 kid sized shakes. The server hands me the shakes and I politely ask for a straw and he rolls his eyes. Umm why? If it was handed to me with the drinks or if it was readily accessible I would not have to ask. The shake was nothing exciting. We got a chocolate and an Oreo shake. It was a meh for me. The seating area and Kiosk stations needed a good wipe down. Floor was sticky as heck when walked on. 1 star for the shake 1 star since no food was ordered. Could change in the future however would I come here again? Probably not unless nothing else was open. Sad and disappointed since I really was hoping for the best.
Self service kiosks was the only good thing about this place. Staff was clueless, rude, and horrible cooks. No shakes available. People were either getting the wrong order, waiting over 45 minutes for their orders, oders weren't right or missing stuff, on top of finding hair in their order. Cook was dropping F-Bombs and wanting the manager who has no business managing anything to take the Frisco burger off the menu because he didn't want to cook anymore. Worst experience ever! Avoid at ALL COSTS. I wish I could leave zero stars.
The food here is very good. I noticed the staff washing hands often which was encouraging. Even though I went later in the night around 10:30 the service was still good!
The new remodel is great! Very clean and affordable! Staff is ready to help.
great service, the food came out hot, fresh, and it looked like the picture on thier menu.. that's a hard one. I was pleasantly pleased
