Friendly customer service but service is a bit slower than other indy locations I’ve been to including drive thru. Don’t go here if you want fast service. Yesterday i was in the drive thru 27 minutes! Also if you want a mango dragon fruit lemonade they rarely have the pieces that go in the drink. But my order has never been messed up- even when complicated.

Line was long staff was friendly. Food was OK I guess my breakfast sandwich was fresh but bread was hard to eat. I think we spent about 30 min in line.
Starbucks policies are good, but the service in this particular Starbucks is not, they take 5 tries to make the drink right, especially If they’re busy…
Service is nice depending on when you go but overall drink quality is what I question. EVERY time i order from this Starbucks something is missing from my drink whether it be something i added or even just the original ingredients. When you confront them about it they almost react like your the one in the wrong.
Don't let me tell you something people coffee is always good but you know I don't do Starbucks it's a little too rich for my bones but hey everybody loves him so you got to try it
Just spent 16$ for them to get my order wrong in the drive through, they made my frappie wrong. I can hear them talk about how slow service was, and the lady that was suppose to be on the window kept moving completly away from the window to talk to her other co-workers like I didn't exist. I waited patiently waited by the window for 15 mins for the lady to finally notice me so I can tell her i was missing a straw for my frappie. This has been the worst experince.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday. I’ve been here a few times and this is the slowest one I’ve been to.
Myself and son come in each day and the employees are so professional and nice we've only ever been to a Starbucks a handful of times and always feel welcome drive thru always fast highly recommended
