I love this Starbucks! The line is always very long but it moves fast they are very quick and efficient at this Starbucks! And my dog loves the pup cups!
Not sure what kind of day the drive through girl was having but she was pretty rude. Such a weird experience for Starbucks. Usually they are amazing.
Love the crew they are so nice and the drinks are great and the drive threw time is amazing and the big guy with the afro is always a kind and bright face to see
I was a gold card holder since 2009. Having said that the corporation got really stingy with rewards since then. I threw the card away. Sometimes it's the business and not the employees. IF I go there it's not often. But I always tip my people.
Friendly, courteous staff. Mobile orders accepted (most of the time). Dedicated mobile order parking + Drive-thru.
Yasha (sp?) was so kind today to remake me a coffee I'd ordered earlier....was in an accident on the way to pick up and pretty shook up. Made me happy this busy Starbucks still cares for customers!
ABSOLUTELY great customer service. Not sure of the woman's name working the drive thru window but she gives me Aunt Brenda vibes and took great care of me.
They are friendly and have quick service. They are always ready to redo your order if it is wrong as well!
Only good for drive through. seating is poor. Not a good place to go to do group work or anything with more than two people. The parking lot is full even with only 3 customers in the building. (lots of parking spaces but all full).Seating could be fixed if the empty area adjoined in the small building was bought and repurposed.
Starbucks Cafe Verona is absolutely the best coffee on the market. Nice that this Starbucks have the whole beans in the store.
