Would be a higher star rating if the employees or manager knew how to treat their workers. I dont know if she was a regular employee or a manager, but one of the baristas i believe with a name tag of "liz" was extremely rude to another employee. I could not believe I was seeing someone openly yell at another employee like that in front of customers. I always get a frap at this location weekly and have never seen such terrible treatment. I dont know if ill be returning to this location after witnessing that. Absolutely uncalled for, I thought starbucks was all about treating their employees good?
Went through the drive thru and ordered a vanilla chia latte with 6 pumps of vanilla. I had to correct the order on the screen that it was not a vanilla latte. Paid for my drink asked them if it was a vanilla chia latte, they said yes. I told them thank you because I am not allowed to have coffee. They handed me a vanilla latte. Went inside and told them that I did not order that and I can not drink it. The gentleman asked me why I can not have it. 1 this is not what I ordered and 2 I can not have coffee. He proceeded to ask me again and told me that My chia tea has caffeine in in too if that’s what’s causing me to do drink coffee. I am not sure why it’s any of his business what my health issues are and they handed me another drink. This drink was the wrong one again. Third try they got it right. I understand that people are learning and mistakes happen, but I felt so uncomfortable when I kept getting asked why I couldn’t drink the incorrect drink they gave me when I stated multiple times that I can not have coffee.
This is MY Starbucks. Everyone knows what I'm taking about when I say it. These baristas are incredible. They are caring, helpful, funny, and are always willing to give recommendations when needed.I've gone there and gotten "pup cups" on my cats birthdays and they've written special notes on them. They've even covered one of my drinks on a really bad day a long time ago. I will tell everyone about this place when I get subpar service at other locations saying that "my Starbucks would never" or "they always get my drink right."They just know what they are doing and they make it nice to stop in. I love this location and I am glad it's nearby to me.
Always lovely but Gio made my visit extra special. Today was a day that was jam packed with work, doctors appts, and school and Gio went the extra mile to make my Starbucks experience nothing short of exceptional. Thanks again Gio! ✨
Very very slow. It took 15 Mims to make 3 drinks. Multiple trips out the windows with my order. Instead of waiting for all the order is complete to hand me it.
Restrooms were clean! Service was quick & order accurate. Employees greeted me and the store was clean in the cafe area as well.
Love this Starbucks! The people are always so Sweet and kind! They’re busy but they make things move fast. Thank you!
Idk if it’s a fluke but that was the most watered down coffee I’ve ever had. The hot chocolate we ordered was watered down, too. Good thing we got a small size.
I love starbucks but unfortunately when my family and I went to go get a late night drink at 8:36 when we got to the drive thru we were told that they closed at 8:30 but online says 9:00.
the laughing stock of the southport community. drive further and go to a different one, itll save you time and money. it is wrong and terrible every time. and then they’re rude to you after you ask to have it remade. like i didnt just pay $8 for a cup of coffee. tired of getting coffee that tastes like chicken broth and sweat
