This particular Starbucks is swamped with customers around 10 am on a weekday. Drive-thru was 6 cars deep so we went in. The dining room was packed and there were people waiting for their walk-up drinks. Despite all this, we got our 3 beverages in about 8 minutes after ordering. The common areas were in need of a pickup and there wasn't much merchandise, but the staff was friendly and able to create our drinks when needed. That is the important thing.

Highly unprofessional and a true disappointment. When handed the incorrect drink, the server advised that her manager stated they were too busy to remake the drink. WHAT?!? I paid for something and they gave something other than what I asked and paid for. Then the manager came over and said again they were too busy to make the correction on the error They made. Then after a slight confrontation they made the drink but now it was a small and nit the large that was ordered. To correct this 2nd mistake they just added more ice. After all that, the drink was disgusting. Done with this establishment
Got a gift card, this place was overpriced and coffee was terrible. Tasted burnt. Not a fan.
Now I believe these ladies are the life of the party..I know I pull up knuck if you Buckn and I'll keep on truckin..drive thru staff is lit love it! They sing here too ?
Got a white cold brew with vanilla cold foam….they forgot the cold foam and it tasted like water. Also got a caramel Frappuccino that taste like plane milk and they forgot the caramel drizzle
When I got there there was already a long line inside and out. I ordered a grande iced chai latte with cold foam and carmel and it took over 30 minutes. when I got my drink it wasn’t even right either, it tasted more like a iced coffee than chai, this is my second time getting chai from a Starbucks and the first time there was no espresso. Also my drink was kind of warm, didn’t find that pleasant. I threw my drink away but here’s my sticker.
I was on my my way to work at 810 am Saturday and saw the drive thru line was long so I went inside to order a sandwich. One guy in front of me who thought it was social hour. I waited a good 10 minutes to get my water and breakfast sandwich. Ok bad luck I thought should have stayed in the drive up lane ? When I hoped in my car my breakfast sandwich was "warm" at best.So make me wait and then serve me half way with a Luke warm breakfast sandwich ?30 more seconds I would have waited since I had been there for 10 minutes already ?Won't go back
10/10 this is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. This morning (11/12/21 around 9am) they were the busiest I've seen them since before covid. The team seemed to be working like a well-oiled machine. They all deserve a kudos for their hard work and they certainly did not deserve any of the rude, impatient people that I also witnessed. So well done Starbucks employees, and do better Starbucks guests.
