Hands down the most pleasant Starbucks experiences I’ve had have all been at this location. Everyone is consistently really kind. I once went after having a awful morning and the barista must have noticed because they wrote an encouraging note on my cup and it was such a sweet gesture. Also it’s nice that they leave their pride flag up year round instead up popping it for June only. I’m not a huge Starbucks fan but I am grateful that this is the location that is in the mile between my work and home.

You get the entire main character experience each time you visit this Starbucks! Jaye, Tiffany and the entire crew are excellent ?

Every visit I have to ask them to mix my drink, each time i’m left with a mess to clean up before driving off. Bummer! Things were once really great here at this location.

I really like this Starbucks. It's a cute shop with a good atmosphere and nice employees. My only qualm with them is that the windows are north facing so in the winter it feels a little cave-like and dark, but otherwise 10/10 do love.

Came here on our way out of Indy and headed back east. Went through the drive through and ordered a couple specialty drinks and a kids size strawberry lemonade. They said 12 oz is the smallest they have, I said that’s fine. I get to the window and I’m handed a strawberry refresher. I state that I know this has caffeine and the strawberry lemonade doesn’t. He said it doesn’t have as much caffeine as a coffee. I state this is for my 3 year old. The man, shrugged his shoulders and said that’s what they have. I was utterly shocked. I’m a regular at Starbucks, not this one though. I know this isn’t right and won’t be returning to this location.

Always a pleasant experience. I probably come a little too often, they make it a point to make for great customer service and a nice short chat even if they're busy.

Beginning 12-13 years ago, I was a regular at this location. Like most Starbucks locations, the quality of product and service at this location was consistent with that of Starbucks experiences I've enjoyed in my travels.Over the past several years, though, this location stands out as CONSISTENTLY disappointing -- especially in regard to product quality. Now, I drive well out of my way to enjoy consistently good beverage quality at 56th & Emerson or Broad Ripple (and other) locations. For awhile, I'd stop back in at this 71st & Binford location with the hope that previous bad experiences were bad-luck anomalies; but, something is wrong, here, at the core.If you want beverages that are weak and more akin to the flavor of dishwater than of cappuccinos & lattes, this is the spot. For consistently great quality and friendly service, it's worth driving a bit further to 56th St & Emerson.

Great end to a long day! Andrea made me feel like a human instead of just another order and that is AMAZING customer service. Management, please give her a good job from one happy customer!

Ali at the drive thru was very sweet and funny! We had a laugh about our names both being “Ally”! They were very fast and I was super lucky that their panini sandwiches are back! I always love my coffee here and never have any complaints! Will definitely be back because it’s such a good location and great staff!

Stop 2 of 3 to find an open Starbucks. Said it was open online, said nothing about being closed on the windows at the front, on the drive thru screen, or on the drive thru windows. And yet…no one there…
