Good thing everyone likes to wait in the long line at drive-thru. You can usually get out quickly if you go inside.

From all the location i have visited, This location has provided the worst and the most Terrible customer service. I asked for light ice, they gave me the drink full with ice, i asked the lady to change it, she gave me such a disgusting attitude. And when she came back with the drink, the drink taste like a rotten milk. Very disappointed
I’m not the one to typically write reviews but felt moved to do so after my unpleasant visit to this location today… I’ll keep it brief.I visited around 5:30 PM today. I collect Starbucks cups and my coworker broke mine and it needed to be replaced.Pros: Great selection of cups and had exactly what I was looking for. Whoever the young lady was that answered the phone before I came up there shout out to your and your excellent customer service.Cons: If my receipt would have had your name printed I would have mentioned you directly. After completing my $45 purchase the cashier placed the cups along with a brown paper bag on the counter. I asked him why he didn’t bag my items and he said “That’s just how it is.” Stood there and looked at me blankly until I bagged my own items.Safe to say I won’t be returning to this location.
Starbucks in Indianapolis let me tell you about the Starbucks first of all me and my fiance we always get the vanilla bean frappe and it is so good our son usually gets the dragon fruit drink but I love Starbucks Beyond anything I've ever imagined if I could or if me and my fiance and our beautiful baby daughter could we will get the vanilla bean frappe everyday all day Starbucks hands down y'all have a wonderful wonderful drink I recommend Starbucks to anybody especially the vanilla bean frappe
I'm not sure how to word this.Drive Thru - needs better adjustments, people tend to block the parking lot while waiting in line for the drive thru that the people trying to get out get stuck between cars while trying to leave. And when multiple cars try to enter the same drive thru lane, you end up with 2 drive thru lanes and people staring at each other confused. Its so weird.The Dining Area - is not welcoming, as a college student you need a place to sit down sometimes and escape your house. Other Starbucks have a pretty good sitting area, this location always has their chairs up and very limited sitting areas that people tend to stand up to wait for their drinks. Its so weird. It feels like a walk-up-stand at a cheap festival.The Parking - is not too bad.
I love Starbucks I would give this location a 5 star. But sometimes they don't always have what I want.
So I come to this store pretty often since myKids school is close. I ordered my food and drinks of course I hear my name “Nena your back again” I looked up and said yes lol I come here often just through drive through but it’s always so packed so I’ve been coming in more. The lady in the red-orange hat made my ENTIRE day just by remembering me. It’s just the small things I hope she enjoys her $20 tip just for being friendly & making me smile ?
3.19.22 update: They can't seem to get my Caramel Ribbon Crunch right like pretty much never. I really don't ask for much variations double shot double blended and no whip extra crunch but it seems to be to elaborate. Formally 5 stars from me but not a fan of the new staff.
This Starbucks is really good I come to this one daily always super busy but they are friendly an on top of getting you your order an out the door on your way .
