The district manager is super nice.. just overhearing her to the new employees made me really consider begging for a job. This is the kind of work location you dream to work at. It is a well oiled machine and whenever I am on this side of town, it will be where I buy my coffee ?
Idk if they are just being petty but Starbucks cost to much for half drinks. I’m extremely disappointed after spending 5 dollars on a drink and getting this. I didn’t a mobile order and it looked like some drunk out of it.
The service and everything was fine, but Starbucks recently changed their supplier of oat milk and the new stuff is not very good. It doesn't taste even close to how it used to taste. I'm very disappointed in my favorite drink and will need to find something new to drink.

Customer service was good. They were busy but the drive thru line moved pretty quickly. My drink was made exactly how I like it. Not from the area but would definitely return, if in the area again and needed coffee or a quick snack.
Periodically I come to the Starbucks in beech Grove. Every single time I come to the drive-thru the barista taking my order in the Bristol giving me my order at the window have always been polite and courteous. Even through coban. Shout out to the hiring manager for hiring such sweet souls because I always look forward to coming to the store. My drinks are correct and I'm greeted with such friendly demeanors. Probably my favorite Starbucks in Indianapolis
April 21, 2022 my husband went in around 9:10am ordering us some drinks and food. He just came back home around 9:52am. 30 minutes! I wanted a iced chia latte with a chocolate croissant. Everything was wrong. Apparently my husband went in and he was greeted and not welcomed with a smile. He dresses very urban than your average person. He talked to a woman at the register that was white and just didn’t really acknowledge him and what he wanted right for me. Not once did she asked if my drink was hot or cold. Didn’t ring him up for my chocolate croissant either. I used my Starbucks gift card that I got in the mail from a previous mishap and now it happened again. Today’s workers have no costumer service or manners. Especially since it’s Starbucks has been in the media for discrimination before. Before he left he waited 15 minutes for a chocolate croissant that was even chocolate, it was regular. I don’t usually complain because there’s people out here who don’t have food and would love to have what I have, but I would’ve been nice to get my money’s worth! Starbucks isn’t the same anymore sadly.
Went there yesterday morning. We ordered a frappe chino and 2 hot drinks. In 15 minutes we got the frappe then 15 minutes later after the frappe has all ready melted we get our 2 hot drinks. When my husband said something about the frapp being melted. The only thing they said was cold drinks are supposed to come out first. NO APOLOGY! No offer to remake the frappe. People don’t just pay $6 a drink because it taste ok. They pay for good customer service. It’s obvious that you are just hiring people because they have a pulse. Here’s some free advice when handling complaints. LISTEN with EMPATHY. APOLOGIZE. RESPOND. Do something NICE and extra. For example remake the melted drink instead of oh well frozen drinks come out first!

If you order a drink and ask for a cup of ice on the side you will not get a full drink so yes you are paying for the ice too
