I really don't think anything is needed to be said about starbucks, every time I go there I get exactly what I ordered. Everybody knows Starbucks is amazing!
$20 for two coffees and I want it how I ordered it. Carmel around the cup means just that. You didn't make it right you fix it. Not charge more to have it done the way I originally ordered it. Learn customer service. And learn how to fix your mistakes.
I went through the drive thru at this location and ordered a iced matcha tea latte with cold foam on top, I always order this drink at every location I go to, almost daily, when I drove off and went to take a drink I realized the tea was only half way full with the rest of the cup filled with cold foam. This is not ever how I receive my drink. There should only be a thin layer of cold foam on the top and the rest filled with actual drink, especially when it is priced at 7 dollars for a grande size. Very disappointed.
Drink orders have been correct and drive thru wait time hasn't been long. There's a reason why I go to this location. Good fast service.
Pro tip: service is quicker if you go inside the store, rather than doing the long line at the Drive-Thru. They have both the Indiana and Indianapolis collectors cups.
Same great Starbucks staff, if the young lady at the drive through didn't like her job, you couldn't tell. 2nd time we went we sat and had or drinks the tables were a little dusty but other than that it wasnt bad. Drinks are what's good and made the same wonderful way each time.
The top wasn't put on properly and the drink tasted like cigarettes. I've had it before, so I know it's not me. Maybe next time will be better but this time it wasn't. Had to dump the drink.
Love this location, always get my order perfect and they are always happy to make a pup cup for my dog, Starbucks is his favorite and we've had great experiences here! The baristas are the best and all deserve raises!Finn gives the Pup Cup a 13/10
I have given this place a few chances and man have they blew it. The first time I had a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink I filtered those out the 2nd time there was a BUNCH of coffee grounds in the bottom of my drink I called and complained I gave it over a week went back think maybe they cleaned their machines and it’s better now we’ll boy was I wrong. Not only was there coffee grounds lining the bottom inside of my cup there was HAIR in my drink I will not be going back to this location. This is sad very sad.
