Staff friendly drink was perfectly made
On Tuesday June 20, there was a guy with a gun and the employees were prompt in keeping everyone safe when the guy with a gun started waving it we were all put in safe places, the guy shot himself and although the employees were going through this traumatic event also ALL of them made sure all the customers were taking care of. The compassion they showed my grandson will never be forgotten. Thank you Starbucks W 11th st.
Ugh their bathroom lock! Well the bathroom has a lock that you need to put password and it has the sign that says “if the red light is blinks” it is in use. Well While I was using bathroom, someone tried to open the bathroom. The door doesn’t open because it is locked and I said “bathroom is in use”. Then little bit later the starbucks employee tries to open the bathroom door and again, the door doesn’t open because I locked it and I said again Im in here using bathroom but she maybe couldn’t hear me or something and opened the bathroom door. I was on the toilet and saw her face. I think they better change the lock and also knock the door and wait if the lock is not opening!

My first time getting Starbucks on my own, it was made exactly as I wanted and it tasted delicious. The quality was good and it took little to no time at all despite the amount of customers, and I can see why! The quality is impressive. I'd recommend if you are looking for a quick easy coffee and/or breakfast. Really nice atmosphere and kind employees. Good job Starbucks! See you next time.
I ordered a Venti chai tea latte and it was 3/4 of the way full so basically it’s a tall I said something to the barista behind the counter and they offered to remake the drink but I’ve waited 15 minutes for this one totally unacceptable if I could give it zero stars I would.
I visit a lot of Starbucks locations and I absolutely must say that this location is the best! No drive through and by far is way better than the ones with drive through Big Respect for the crew here! Love it!
Very stand offish in there. I went in to get a gift card and the clerks were very hesitant to take my order and then the gift card didn't have a holder. I definitely won't return.
