workers are disrespectful even tho you give them a compliment on them and had this issue earlier and I filed a complaint on her cause she was being rude disrespectful to me while she was working
I like the atmosphere here. The baristas are always fast and on top of it! Great and friendly service.
They have a walk-up window so I can get my coffee while walking my dog.

Let me just start by saying I was a avid Starbucks drinker and have been for years. I live on Mass Ave and have come to this Starbucks about 8 times in the past 6 months and every single time the coffee has been bad. Either tasted burnt, WAAAY too sugary, or even the espresso was missing. Before living in Indy, I lived in Ohio above a Starbucks and would go there every single day. But after spending a total of nearly $50 for the worst coffee I’ve ever had has completely turned me off it. I’m blown away that this store has 4.4 stars because even though the baristas are nice, their coffee technique is not.
