Y’all… I cannot stress enough how amazing these baristas are.Summer is my hero today. They totally saved my soul and my situation. I’ve been through the ringer today but not only did they remember who i was, remembered my drink, and was super sweet, they even got me napkins when I asked and a bunch too. As a starbucks addict it’s so nice to feel special even in a busy crazy time like the middle of June.Ryan made my drink perfectly and made this awful day so much better. Ryan is so sweet and I appreciate Ryan’s effort into being a kind person even when things seem crazyThe tall guy with the beard and the bandana- i wasn’t able to get your name but you also rock! You guys killed it and I just have to thank you so much. I cant wait to get paid so i can tip the way you deserve
Fantastic, always fast and friendly service. Orders are carried out to a T and done perfectly even if they are custom
The perfect stop after checking out the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. The staff here are also super cool, like the coolest I've ever seen at a Starbucks
Horrible customer service. A man was cleaning the the floors with a mop, the cashier was nice enough, I give her my order then here comes the mop man to make my chai tea latte. Without washing his hands. How nasty! I didn't want to be rude but with covid I had to be extra careful, coming from Canada you know they are extremely sticky about having symptoms at the border. I watched him make the latte, he mostly touched the handles of the instruments. I asked for water, same guy makes the water. The two female cashiers were they not able to do their jobs and make the latte(they chatted the entire 5 minutes I was there, not enough to do huh?) Why did mop man have to do it? I came to see the monument it was gorgeous, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS STARBUCKS! I had to grab my sanitizer and clean the cup and water as much as possible.

It says it opens at 5am but it doesn’t. An employee just signal “no” when I tried to come in at 5:02.
Shiloh has had a problem hearing my order since last Spring. She says that she indeed is "here (cash register) everyday, having trouble hearing." So I thought. Why is Shiloh here? Does she not have trouble with her ear? If Shiloh is here, have not fear to listen to my voice when I speak loud and clear. For I am a paying customer.
This is my favorite Starbucks in Indy. The baristas (Especially Shiloh) are incredibly friendly and my orders are always on time and correct.
I had to place a large order 2 days in a row for meetings and the staff was very quick with my large order and the drinks were delicious!
I was waiting for my tea to be made I grabbed one of the stoppers for my cup. Now mind you at the other Starbucks I go to you are able to grab your own stoppers and stir sticks. But this one I guess you were not the barista was super rude yelled at me and then made it a point to make sure her manager and the rest the rest of the store heard her yell I need more stir sticks this woman put her hand in it and that's against health code so now we have to waste all of these. I understand if I did something wrong. I should have asked but I don't think that warranted the response her response.
