The service first of all was above and beyond, friendly, kind, knowledgeable about the menu, helpful and just a whole vibe. The best part of that is that their son was running the cash register! He looked to be about 11 or 12 but had better people and customer service skills than most adults!The Philly cheese steak was perfect-- my son said it was the best he'd ever had... The pork chops with gravy OMG! The greens were seasoned well, not bland. I'll be honest the Mac n cheese was just ok not great, but they have other sides!! I wish I lived in Indy because I'd definitely be a regular here.
Food was awesome hot fresh cooked tender rib tips great sauce greens and fried okra was hot and fresh. Your number 1 in area to me next trip this way. God bless

…this is a very honest review- I went here for the first time today, and I can see this place is going to be a HUGE set back with my weight loss goals!! hunny!!! sooo good!!! my “VERY slight” issue, was my cornbread was a little hard- but it’s like going to buy a fresh pair of Nikes, and it’s a microscopic dot on the “bottom” of the shoe- like underneath it!! lol. -like who cares! you know- so I’m lookin forward to trying the cornbread again- ❤️ i got pig feet (covered in THE BEST) sweet barbecue sauce that ain’t tasted that good since mama made it!!, mac and cheese that was so delicate and just mouth watering!, sweet potatoes that were perfect, and not too sweet- just perfect! chilllld, and let me not forget that fruit punch kool-aid!!! not only is the food “I know they didn’t” smacky smack good!!, but they gots the thirst quenchers on point tooooo!!!! I’m sitting here in the car like, “do I go grab dinner tonight too”- ?? they wrong for this! lol! but blessings to your business! and honestly, anyone questioning, JUST GO! - can’t wait to try the carmel cake- but I ain’t even had it, and ima say go get that too!! lol- #yasss!
Flame homemade home cooked food. A little pricey but good. Great family ran and excellent customer service.

Only thing I would say the menu say $14 for a six piece chicken wing dinner and I paid $18 for it like I paid $4 in taxes
