My husband and I tried to order online at 8:42pm and the online order option was unavailable. We then came in to get a smoothie at 8:50pm. We knew SK closed at 9:00pm. But when we walked in, we were turned away and told they were “closed” even though there were five people working and the door was still open. When we politely questioned the time, workers said they closed early. We are huge SK fans and are frequent customers. This was disappointing to us.
The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the smoothies are good but I waited in the drive thru line for over 25 minutes for a freaking smoothie. The line wasn’t even long so I don’t understand why it took over 25 minutes to get a smoothie. This was absolutely ridiculous and I will be taking my business to another Smoothie King in the future!

Worse service ever. I don’t know what was going on but waiting 30 plus minutes for a smoothies is unreasonable. This place needs to do better!
Should it take 25 minutes to make 2 smoothies on a Saturday morning when nobody’s is in front of you?
This place is AWFUL!!! it never was this bad in the past. I am literally writing this in the line. I literally have sat in line for an hour…for what?! Still haven’t even gotten to the front. Thing is I drove in the line and as soon as I got in the line there was no escape so I have just been sitting here waiting…and I’m getting angrier by the minute. I just want to drive off…this is dumb! Do better business. Even the grocery store line was quicker
Very upset with smoothie king. Only if u had an online order could you get your drinks. 3 young black males Are running off your business. I spend $50 a week here. That's 200 month 2400 a year. I hope you guys get better service going. This was about 230pm Saturday
I love smoothie king but the employee's attitude is terrible especially La'Niyia I waited over 7mins wasn't even acknowledged until I said excuse me is anybody taking orders.....with an attitude she replied yeah its only two of us so you gotta wait....then about 3mins later took my order ripped the receipt and drop my change in my hand I couldn't do nothing but laugh
You have a system problem smoothie king at peak hours. I have been here since 6p.m. waiting for my online order, and I walk in and three individuals are in back snacking and on cell phones while 7 cars are in line. Lack of leadership. Reason for post is for accountability, your not in store so it’s a duty to let you know about the mediocre customer service and flow in the store. One person is working orders for drive through and online w/4 people of the clock?! Bad Business! Raise the bar.
