Have ordered loads in the past when I worked downtown. Just got a salad, and no joke, the lettuce was rotting, the cucumbers were rotting and the artichokes look like they had been left out in the heat for hours. Absolutely disgusted by what I was just given.
We hadn't been here since the foolish name change but stopped in to see if they had improved. What a mistake. Subito Soups is just 2 blocks away and is so much better.
Stopped in to get some soup for my husband who needed to be on clear liquids after having a medical procedure done. When I mentioned this to the lovely woman who served us, she recommended the chicken noodle soup and offered to make his bowl consisting of mostly broth skimmed from the top. What a thougthful gesture! I especially appreciated that kindness, because I know that threw off the ratio of broth to solids in the pot of soup she was serving us from. I wound up having a bowl of the chicken noodle myself, and it was delicious...loaded with veggies and tender meat, and the noodles were shells that held all that tasty broth wonderfully like little spoons in the bowl!

I ordered food from Soupremacy this evening through UberEats. The salad that I ordered was missing items listed in the description. When delivered, my order was also missing an item. When I called Soupremacy to talk about the issues, the woman who answered the phone, Charlie, was extremely rude to me when I was asking how I should go about being refunded. I said, "There were multiple issues with my order," and her response was "Cool." I said "Cool?" shocked at her response, and she hung up on me. As much as I have previously enjoyed food from Soupremacy, they always seem to get part of the order wrong, and their employees are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will not be placing further orders here despite the fact that I have provided years of support to a local, small business.
Chicken ceasar salad was terrible. Barely any chicken and what was on there was dry, boiled, and flavorless. Also it was supposed to be a full, not 1/2 salad and it was the size of a side salad. The 1/2 panini was the size of a quarter of a regular tortilla. Also poor quality. Ordered through Uber Eats and they left part of the order off. I called 3 times to find out what the deal was and was hung up on. Finally answered the 4th time and the employee said they did have the missing item and they tried to call, but it didn't go through bc of spam blocker. I asked for a refund of the missing item and she said they couldn't do that. $35 for a side salad and 1/4 of a panini. Don't waste your money.
Ordered 2 soup, 1 extra bread, 2 konbucha for 42 dollarsThey put 2 la croix cans (sparkling water) instead of konbucha.Konbucha was 5 dollar each...I am mad for paying 10 bucks for 2 cans of la croix.Can't you cash back me at least?

Absolutely terrible considering the price. I was charged $17 for a very small cup of soup and a half panini. The half panini was so small it was only a few bites. I also got a small bottle of ice tea. For 17 bucks you should get a lot more or it should taste great. Neither was the case. There are also no prices listed by the paninis nor drinks. That should have been my clue. I will never go back. There is another small soup place around the corner with much better pricing.
Ordered the family meal through #87’s dine to donate! So much delicious food for a great price! Can’t wait to do it again! Thanks for supporting schools.
