The sign says they open at 5 and as of 5:15 the gate is still closed. When asked if they were opening the one staff member stated they were not ready.
So disappointed! McDonald's would have been 100% better. I got eggs, bacon and toast. Eggs were pre-made, bacon was just weird, toast wasn't even toasted. Shapiros ...you can do waaaaaay better!
Way to much money for a embarrassing breakfast. The girls behind the counter are extremely rude.

Wow wonderful surprise. Fresh eggs cooked right in front of you, fresh bagel, and great attentive service. Unheard of usually for an airport. Amazing job and keep it up.
They close way too early. I've never been able to eat here but love the original downtown. Even when I'm there just before closing they've been out of all hot meat items. Either do things correctly or don't bother. It's just sad compared to the greatness of their main location.
Options are very limited and they had no Mac n cheese. Waited a long time in line to find out they were out of most things, updating their menu or a sign would be helpful
The breakfast bowl might be the most underwhelming breakfast possible. They also didn't ask what kind of bagel or cheese for the bacon egg and cheese bagel. 2 stars for at least edible.
Their food is disgusting. I feel sick after eating there. Never again. I do not recommend. Gross.
I don't get to Indianapolis very often but when I'm in the downtown area Shapiro's is my pick. Never been disappointed when going to Shapiro's. It's definitely a favorite place of mine. Keep up the great work and service...you guys rock!
