loved their calzone and pepperoni bread!
What a joke. Half the order is wrong, the other half is disgusting. I tried to give this place a second chance after they "lost" a order of mine, which meant they just didn't make it per the manager but enough is enough. Pasta is clumped, so it wasn't stirred just poured into a pot of non boiling water. The chocolate cake looks funny, almost like cheesecake. Chicken marsala under white gravy. Seriously it's hidden under the white liquid in the picture. And thank God I don't have a dairy allergy with the half pound of mozzarella puck on top of the canned tomatoes. Just gross overall. Avoid at all costs.
Excellent staff And management!!!
Been a while since I have been here but still just as good as I remember. Amazing calzones, pizza, and salad. Top notch service too! All the staff were very attentive and friendly. Our server “KT” was great! Will definitely be back!
Great pizza. But I ordered 3 large for 12 people. They could only give me 8 styrofoam plates. Anything over, they charge. Of course I was stunned and said something. Of course He said I was rude. If paying $56 for 3 pizzas for 12 people with 8 plates and expressing my disappoint is rude...then rude I am.
Worst service in my life. We didn’t even get to order food. The waitress couldn’t be bothered to wait on our 10 year old to pick a drink. She walked off and told someone else to deal with it. Would highly recommend to avoid ever eating here
Wow what a gem! We are visiting from Chicago (so we know our pizza) and we were SO impressed. I had the king of hearts and it was fabulous. I was worried it would be too salty based on the combo of ingredients but it was perfectly balanced. My kids who are picky beyond picky (ages 2&5) each crushed a kid’s cheese pizza - including the crust - exclaiming “this is delicious”!
We got a medium pizza and we were charged for a large. They also got the order wrong. I placed the order, my husband picked it up, and I didn’t realize we had been overcharged until he mentioned the cost after dinner. Of course we knew the toppings were wrong when we ate it. We’ve been customers for 10 years, but lately…not so good.
Serve was great. Food was overwhelming. Cold inside the lasagna. Not kept at temperature however the sauce on top was hot. Pizza was good. Child's spaghetti was heavy in vegetables that was confusing to a small child. Wish I would have been informed so I could have made a better selection. This was our second visit. We just feel as this establishment is not for us. Not that the service or food my appeal to others, its just not for us.
Decided to order Italian delivery for dinner. My wife wanted Maggiano’s but I suggested Puccini’s instead, a local alternative we have ordered from for years. When the food arrived one of two entrees was missing, both salads looked like they had been rummaged through and the bread was cold. Puccini’s nor Door Dash were willing to replace the entree, in fact, Puccini’s said it was Door Dash’s problem. Puccini’s delivery has gone downhill since they went with Doordash, truth be told. Lesson learned. Order delivery Italian from Maggiano’s where a manager checks each to go order before it leaves the restaurant. Pretty simple policy that literally takes less than 30 seconds and produces happy, returning clients. Not the first time we have had issues ordering delivery from Puccini’s in the recent past, but we have never had a major item like an entree missing. Check your order before the driver leaves.
