Fantastic Cubano (I kept seeing your ads so I had to try it). The Chicken Pot Pie Soup was also absolutely scrumptious. I'll be back!
I love this place. The entire experience is great. For me, it's a special treat to stop at Potbelly's for lunch or dinner. The women that was working there on April 13th was very nice.

We were wondering around monument circle in Indianapolis the other day and we stumbled upon this deli / sandwich shop downtown. We enjoyed a wonderful lunch of soup and sandwiches. The sandwiches were phenominal very hardy with lots of meat and fresh vegetables the soup was hearty and seemed homemade, I had some Voodoo kettle chips for the first time (very delicious). We enjoyed visiting with the staff, wonderful girls dedicated, friendly, and professional for young adult girls totally impressed with this couple of teenagers, my teenage boy was quute smitten with them as well.
The food was tasty...the soup was hot and the salad was fresh so the 4 stars are for the food. The delivery experience (through Uber Eats) was unsatisfactory since the driver did not read the delivery instructions so was unable to honor my request for contactless delivery, an option on the ActiveMenu order app. Disappointing after tipping generously.
Great food and prices. We loved the subs, the cookies, and the salad. Great atmosphere and extremely friendly workers!

I came here on a whim looking for Sunday lunch. I didn't know what to expect basing on sandwiches in the US. I have been on a diet consisting of no added sugars and no processed, refined foods. I ordered the Mediterranean on multi grain, but there were a lot of options I would have been more than happy with. I also ordered the garden vegetable soup and added their balsamic vinaigrette to it. Delicious! I was hungry and sleepy, now I am revived. You can definitely tell everything is made in house. Simple but with well balanced flavors. It was too good, I couldn't afford not to leave a review.And of course they had a friendly, helpful staff ?
I would give them a 5 out 5. The service and the food was great. The line moved quickly. I really enjoyed my lunch. I would come back.
I had the Mediterranean sandwich here and it was a little disappointing. The bread was well toasted but most of of the other ingredients were still chilled and the combination wasn’t particularly tasty. I also wish that they had a menu that did more to stand out from other sandwich chains.
