Rude general manager / hiring manager. These kids these days have no idea how to properly communicate with anybody. I didn’t yell or cuss and got hung up on cause I told her she was very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t want any of my kids to work there. Spoke to Jasmine after the GM/ hiring manager hung up on me several times and Jasmine is probably the only one there that was taught how to be respectful. Thanks Jasmine, but the hell with everyone else there.
Drive through order was wrong. Went inside for missing bowl of jambalaya. Was calm and quiet about it. Lady who first spoke to me, when I went in was loud and in my face.Another employee brought the missing bowl, no questions or anger. She apologized. I thanked her and left.
I walked in. The cashier, was very polite and pleasant. The tenders that I ordered were fresh and crispy unlike some tenders I've had in the past. They also have a soda fountain that let's you choose from several hard to find flavors.
First the lady in drive-thru was Rude when we asked her to read our order back to us. Had to pull to the side just for them to forget items out our bag. (Which is why we ask to reread our order)!!! Then I went in to get the items they charged me extra and it was clearly ? on my Other receipt. And I believe they did that because they were upset. But anyways I didn't have enough time to argue I was on my way to work so I paid and left.
4/7/21 2:28pm store 11491I went to order 3 wings and apple turnover but I received 3legs instead then they forgot my apple turnover had to go back for that. I spoke with the manager and discussed what I received and she said it was the same price. I'm very disappointed in popeyes I go there all the time and to get such rudeness and poor service. I hope that I can get someone's attention in corporate that would resolve my problems. Thank you so much
Ordered two fish sandwiches original style, and when I got home they were spicy. So spicy we had to throw them in the garbage. Bought them in Greenfield, but home is in Carmel.
The last 3 time that I have been there (drive thru):1. Ordered two chicken sandwiches. One was fine, the other one had only about 1/4 piece of chicken on it.2. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with fries. Got nuggets and two biscuits. Was on the interstate before noticing.3. Ordered three chicken sandwiches. Two were fine, one once again had only about 1/4 piece of chicken on it.Sadly to say, three strikes and you are out.
Got Popeyes because I forgot how good they were , & ruined my night. Drive thru gave me an order with missing chicken , and the chicken was amped and filled with grease to the max , the biscuit was good though .
It’s what you’d expect from a typical Popeyes. Good food, sub par service. If I didn’t check my bag I would’ve left without everything I ordered.
Went to grab a quick bite on my lunch and to my surprise, I didn't even have to wait. I'm pretty sure I spent less than 5 minutes from start to finish.
