The Popeye's franchise has to be the most poorly run restaurant in business. Not only this location but all location have terrible customer service allowing employees to dress poorly, interact with customers rudely, and continually having issues staying open. Management, it's not that hard! Go grab a sandwich from Chick-fil-A and take notes...
I wanted all legs for my order and they tried their best to make that happen.. No body wants to eat something they don't really want and they got that.
The worst Popeyes I've ever been too first I waited 15 mins at the drive thru after I ordered my food on lunch break to receive my food 15 mins later and my order wasn't made right after paying 17 dollars for 1 combo meal And they were rude to me like I did something wrong I will never go there again they ruin my whole Popeyes experience
Fast and tasty. They only give the sides and condiments you ask for. If you want honey and butter for the biscuits you need to ask. Its not automatic any more.
I ordered a 3-chicken combo which will include a side and a drink. However, once I got home I realized they didn’t put my side in the bag. In addition, I waited more than ten minutes and there was only two cars in front of me.I will give it a try again and if the experience improve I will change my review score.
Food was great but the customer service was lacking. The guy at the register never smiled, his pant were near his knees and he was border line rude. Not sure if I will be going back. There is a KFC across the street, they may not taste as good and may cost more but the experience is much more pleasant.
Slow, super unfriendly, closed inside randomly so I had to sit outside and wait 30 minutes to pick up an online order. Called to check on it and got hung up on. Overall terrible location. I barely order from here for the office anymore even though we all love the chicken sandwiches. Girl that brought out the order was rude and just mumbled 'mmhmm' when I nicely thanked her. Yeah I'm done with this place.
They close their lobby during a lunch rush causing everyone to wait extremely long for food. Made me lose tips they need to stop locking their doors just because they're busy. It happens you work at a restaurant deal with it.
Food was fresh and good...just wrong. I ordered leg&breast, got leg&thigh. Didn't know until later as it was drive thru
The food is not bad at popeye's but they need better customer service a lot of the food you order is wrong if they get the customer service right it might be a successful restaurant restaurant
