Visited this location of Popeyes on 07/17/2022. When I arrived home, I found out I did not have my complete order. It's so frustrating to get home and find out you paid for something you didn't receive. These people are not focused on what they are doing at all.
The chicken tenders and french fries were cold. I had to go back in the get fresh food. No apologies I was just looked at like I was in the wrong. I won't be back to this location.
Was completely ignored for roughly 20 minutes I finally said something after waiting that long for my food to be ready as I watched them clear out the line inside and overlook and push my order back. Smh. I would avoid this place.
They spilled soda all over my lap and didn't give me napkins to clean it up. They had me pull up to wait on food and didn't time out everything to come out fresh so half the food was hot and half was cold. Only reason it's not getting a one star is because the biscuits were actually really good.
Came through drive through and got my order fast … which I had a feeling something was missing but I left anyway. As I got home I checked my food and ofc I was missing a frie and the chicken tenders and chicken sandwich was undercook …. And everything else was old. WASTE OF MONEY
The guy told my sister not to come back because she ordered a 12 and 6 count biscuits. Had an attitude about making them and said after throwing her receipt away "Please don't come back because I don't want to have to make that many biscuits again."
“Louisiana best”, not sure if that’s true but it was good. Spicy chicken sandwich and fries! Perfect! Restaurant clean and staff friendly! Will be back!
Just wish the food was warm. I had fish and it was cold. And I don't know why it is but that every one of these Popeyes I visited in this city no one's really friendly... Just common customer service practices would be nice.
The Drive through is rude ? the so called. Young lady. The manager trys to make up for there rudeness and says Baby a whole lot trust shuga. You not about that life you have to train your employess Better especially the one gurl working at the window she hates life teach her to smile ? if she get an attitude with me. I promise. She will not like my reponse. Rudeness is not necessary.
The food is decent. Prices are kinda of high. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Overall 7/10.
