This location was extremely busy my boyfriend waited inside for over half an hour and still did not have our order taken we decided to leave and go check out the Washington location.
Pretty disappointing location. Employees are rude. Food was ok but not great like most other locations.
If your dining room is closed during your posted open hours, at least take the 10 second courtesy of putting a sign on your doors. There is simply no excuse for being this lazy.
That manager needs to realize that there are multiple restaurants to choose from on the way to that Popeyes. I have never gotten a fresh crispy chicken sandwich from them I always have to go to Castleton if that's what I want.
We bought the 8 piece we ask for legs and thighs. Macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. It was the best chicken meal we had in a long time.
Good chicken sandwiches! I've been there twice and did not have wait in the drive thru! Efficient!
I ordered spicy chicken and got regular chicken. I should've just went to KFC and then could've got biscuits that dont try to kill me
Food was hot and fresh. Workers were great b ur please stop skimping customers when the prices are already overpriced. All rice no red beans. No exchange/no refunds since it’s “pre measured” no thank you. This plus the biscuits = major chocking hazard.
Terrible service, drive through only for grubhub pickups. Order was still wrong and when I got to the window was told I was about to be upset with no context. Line down 38th but they like to waste time, tried calling in to fix my order and no answer, no response. Close it down.
The food was good and ready as soon as we pulled up to the window. Which worries me about it being fresh. However, when we ordered a meal we just wanted the chicken and we didn't want the whole combo but they were still trying to charge us for the combo so that was a bit inconvenient as well.
