I have eaten at this Popeyes for years, my wife and I order our combos,she like the chicken,i.had a spicy chicken sandwich combo, it was good. But alot smaller then the previous ones I have eaten in various other Popeyes,not enough sauce,disappointed,Last but not lease,least, had know napkins, no napkins, eating chicken with no napkins...come on,their a dollar general across the street, come on..
Ordered my sandwich wrong and they replaced it. Thank you."The Chicken Sandwich" comes with so much mayo on both sides that the breading on the chicken comes off. Coke products at the fancy self serve fountain... Can add flavors...This place has some recent excitement with a midnight shooting April 2022. There are large bullet holes in the windows on three sides of the store. Some look as if the bullets went in one side of the building and out the opposite side.Gun shop across the street.
It was my first time trying Popeyes! I was actually in the hospital and my daughters brought it to me for lunch. I was very excited because we don't have a Popeyes in Bloomington; anyway, I was really disappointed. It just didn't stack up to the build-up.The chicken, in my opinion, needed to be seasoned better. The skin was a bit bland and not the consistency that I was expecting.The biscuits were hard and dry. The sides were just not good either the coleslaw was very dry it just didn't even seem like coleslaw to me it just was like shredded up cabbage and carrots in a little container. NOT GOOD. The best side with the meal was the macaroni and cheese, that dish was pretty good.My favorite part of the entire meal would have to be the dessert, or should I say desserts, because I did try two; the fried apple pie and the wild berry beignets. The beignets I'm were amazingly delicious!! The very best part of the meal! ?
The lady on the speaker was the absolute best anyone can be. However they were out of the shrimp I ordered - be aware this is NOT the restaurant's fault, this is a CORPORATE failure! I will never blame employees at any restaurant for shortages when corporate has obviously failed to do their job.Good job to the in-store employees and I hope y'all thrive.
I came drive-through tonight and it was a long line when I got there I must admit when you see that makes you nervous. But I got through the line pretty quickly and lady at window was full of smiles this kind of service makes you still want to go out to eat. Thank you Popeyes
I'm just disappointed with the poor customer service and poor food quality of this location. Everything time I order from this location, my food is cold or my order is incorrect. I understand working in fastfood is stressful, I've worked in the industry myself but it's not hard to follow simple instructions. All I want is my food to be warm and my order to be correct, I'm not asking for much.
How is it that this location can never, ever get a drive up order correct? I just ordered a classic fish, and got a spicy chicken. Happens to other people where I work. We give up.
Guy at the window was nice. Just didn't have anything and it was 2 hours before closing. If someone doesn't mind waiting for what they want and it is 2 hours before close the right thing to do is make it.
Fast and friendly… food was great!!!
Didn't think to pop open the bag right away, wish I had. Fry box was half full and the Mac and cheese looks awful, going to look into getting a refund
