Don't ever come over here at night. Just went there last night around 7:30. There were three cars ahead of me and each one did not get any order. The reason why is that the only person taking orders was smoking a cigarette in there vehicle. When I finally got to order she said the don't have legs or thighs, only breasts, which I really doubt. I wonder where the manager was as this time???
Went at lunch time. Did not have complete chicken orders or beans & rice. Just lots of rice NO beans or soup..NASTY. This the second time they couldn't fill I complete chicken order. And they get it wrong when you do drive thru constitutely
Popeyes is always my first choice for fast food, but today's experience was special. There was a small misunderstandin about my order, and the manager really went out of his way to make it right. I much appreciated it!
Got the entire order wrong. But what do you expect when one of the employees is screaming and dropping the F-bomb complaining how long she’d been there today? This place is a joke. The worst service. This single location makes me never want to go to Popeyes again.
Waited 40 mins with a call in order and when we got to the speaker was told it's going be a long time before its ready. We waited 40 mins already the guy says WHAT YOU SAID and try to get smart. Drinks wasn't right but lady at window nice. I spend almost 50 dollars and was treated BAD by the guy in there. So sad you have to put up with this just to eat after being in the hospital for the last 3 weeeks.
Ordered 1 leg 1 thigh 3 rice beans 2 biscuits got 2 thighs bone with breading on them 2 rice beans had 2 spoons each container the 3rd turn out mashed. Potatoes 2 biscuits looked like 2 uncooked hush puppies $15 there was a loose chicken in parking lot should have grab it very disappointed never again
There’s a management problem at the restaurant that use to serve up the best chicken ever in the Speedway area.I tried calling to speak to the manager with no answer after many attempts.Paying $32 for a 10 piece mixed, spicy that includes 2 large sides. Wait! I found inside the bag 6 thighs and 4 dry chicken breast. The sides were the 4oz you would get in a snack. For $32 I’m giving my review. That was our dinner for 3 with sides for one. Disappointed ☹️
Last time I ate at this particular location I ended up with food poisoning.Inside was locked, drive thru line was long and service was very slow. Got to the speaker and they were missing a lot of items. I ended up getting a simple 2 piece meal deal with Mac and Cheese.When I ate the chicken, it was a bit more 'wet' than I usually like it. Not to be confused with juicy or greasy. (Though the breading was greasy) This 'wetness' was possibly indicating it was undercooked.Few hours later I was praying to the porcelain god.I felt fine before eating. The next day I was fine. And I am not someone who vomits often. Not even once a year on average. Pretty much had to be the food.
Well it's hard to run a business when the area can't fix the problem if you sell chicken then make sure you have enough product to sell. I feel the store mgr and employees are been set up for failure when they have to tell customers no chicken! It's not a supply chain issues it's area managers who don't know how to fix the problem but your competitors all have enough chicken hmmmm?
Pretty ghetto....I listened to the drive thru attendant scream at a coworker who was trying to correct her. Didn't bother muting herself just argued for a full minute straight. But the food was pretty fresh so kind of made up for it I suppose. Plus I think the gal that was screaming got relieved of her duty and the woman that replaced her was very nice.
