It was amazing! Excited to be working near here with the gluten free and vegan options at Poke Guru! It felt so fresh and clean but filling and hearty. I ordered the large bowl amd only could eat half..which worked out well for me for lunch the next day!! yum! Will be back for sure.
I had the Original Poke Bowl and it was fantastic. It has to be one of the best places in Indy to get a poke bowl. The price was reasonable since the portion was huge. The staff was very friendly and there was no wait so I got my food right away. I’ll definitely be going back to try more of their signature poke bowls!
“the original” was very. Very. Good. Got an extra scoop of protein and wasn’t impressed with overall amount of sushi. Great variety of flavors (minus edamame and green onions) with marinated salmon and tuna. Would definitely eat here again
I ordered the ginger scallion bowl with sushi rice and tuna & the cucumber appetizer. Wow! Everything was great, especially the bowl. Good portion sizes and the flavors in that bowl all complimented each other very well!
Pretty good, liked that they had mixed greens as a base option. The bowl was pretty heavy on the sauce, which may be a bonus to some and a downside to others.

Poke guru at bottleworks tonight. Ordered the pepper tofu with sushi rice. And could you add tuna? No sushi rice available. That’s okay, Brown rice is fine. Got to the table and no tuna. Went back to the counter and pointed out they forgot the tuna. Surly counter young lady grudgingly checked the ticket and said we didn’t charge you for tuna. I responded, ok, well I really wanted it. Received a HUGE, OBVIOUS EYEROLL. Asked if I could pay for tuna and was told they wouldn’t
I ate here this afternoon and ordered the Sichuan Salmon bowl. Unfortunately, the salmon did not taste fresh and the texture of the cut was not ideal. Lots of potential with such a cute location but I’ll spend my money at a different restaurant in the future.
Delicious and awesome restaurant at The Garage! I waited to give a honest review until I went there a couple of times. So, here it is… The first time at Poke Guru, I was very indecisive on what to order and Alex guided me on the different bowls and ingredients/proteins to add. Amazing help! The second or third time, I wanted to order sake and Parker asked me what I liked - sweet, floral, savory… Well, he allowed me to find my favorite sake! By now, I’ve met most of the team there and they’ve all been awesome. Love Poke Guru and their deliciousness!!! ?
Excellent customer service and quick delivery of orders even with a large amount of orders ahead of me! The food is excellent and leaves you with a feeling of satisfaction and health! The poke guru team is friendly and helpful as well.
