My GO TO spot for tips and lemonade. They are so good!! A true hidden jewel. I can’t stand to fall in love with a restaurant and after a few tries they start to fall off. This is NOT one of those places. They have consistently provided quality good food every time I come and my hubby stops by for me every week. lol To top it off, the ladies that run the place know a thing or two about REAL customer service that a few of these other restaurants need to learn. They are are so sweet and thoughtful of their customers. They are the REAL DEAL!! If someone gave them a bad review, they are just in their raggedy feelings. Try for yourself and YOU be the judge. Next time I go I’ll update with some food pics!! IF there was one thing I would change, it would be to have them open even more during the week so greedy folk like me can have them more often ha, ha!!
I tried Pinky's Soul Food Factory today for the first time and it was DELICIOUS??I had the turkey rib tips. Customer service was awesome , shes the sweetest and so is her handsome little boy who is very respectable & well mannered. I will be returning back!
The food was amazing ! Ordered two Spuds and the rib tip dinner. Both were so tasty and delicious. The sweet potatoes are ??? and the creamy mac and cheese was prob one of the best ive had. Also the custumer service is one of a kind. As soon as you walk in your greated with a smile and friendly faces. We will def be back . If your looking for amazing food and even better customer service i recommend Pinkys!

The meat was so tough I couldn’t even eat it. The cabbage was hard. Some of my family got the loaded potatoes and the steak on there potato was tough as well. I just wanted to try a new place but I will not be back here my teeth still hurt.
I enjoyed my dinner and took the leftover home. Enjoyed my desert also
I called today and kepted calling. And no one answered the phone! So that really turned me off. If the hours you have, are not operational. Let the public know!
I stopped in for Taco Tuesday and the food was exceptional! Service was fast and the server was very polite! I would definitely stop in again on my lunch break!Edit: Since they’ve opened they have added rib tips!!! I missed having a place on the East Side of Indianapolis that has freshly grilled rib tips.
