The online service kept sending me to the main menu when entering my card info, but never said paid for. So I had to drive down to the shop to order. Lady at register was pretty much whispering across the counter so could hardly hear her. Come to find out I got charged 5 times for the same meal. Adding up to 150 bucks I'll go to Jersy Mike's now on.
Terrible location. Ordered door dash and they messed my entire order up. The lady was rude when I called and told her about it. Never go to this one
This location is horribly rude. Today a woman answered the phone and didn’t even listen to my order. Got my food and it was incorrect and she had an attitude like I made the sandwich!! Avoid this location if you can I will NOT be back.
RUDE!! this location make mcdonald’s look like chick fil a. take the time and drive to castleton you won’t regret it
The place was cleaner than I am used to seeing at other Penn Stations. Staff was playful, when not actively working. Still believe product was about 30% over priced than quality and portion size.
Very upset .. ordered Banana peppers on half of 12 inch cheesesteak because I split with my young daughter to be told can put them on the half would have to give me a side .. when they’ve done it before.. we’ll guess what bagger didn’t put them on the side .. so no peppers for me but $20 for sandwich and a fry .. very disappointed.. makes the sandwich so much better
Food good. Customer service not so great. Place was freezing. 42 degrees outside and they have temperature set to 62 degrees and when we said something they said because it's so hot behind the counter
Food is horrible. Order is never correct. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
The food and service are good, prices are a bit high. I had a regular cheese steak, fries, and a cup of water. The price was over $12.
I will never ever in my life spend another time at this restaurant ever again. I tried to call and explain to one of the managers that my food was messed up was not understanding what I was saying and did not care you should probably change your managers here as well
