Horrible service, rude and African American lady was not very helpful and was rude. Made my order wrong and took ages to make it right. Feel like they weren't willing to do it again. I think Indiana was better in customer service ?♂️??

This is not the first time I've been to Penn station but I think it'll be my last for now I ordered a cheese steak and the cheese steak itself was kind of hard it wasn't it just wasn't cooked properly so I don't think I'll be returning
The service was not good and the cheese steak tasted horrible, couldn’t taste any of the toppings. The only thing I tasted was the bread, didn’t enjoy it at all. Horrible! I wouldn’t recommend the location I went to.
Wasn't here was next door at the dry cleaners.... however heard great things from 5 customer's....so I will definitely visit the next time I'm in the neighborhood

Jodi was managing this place like a rockstar. The entire team was friendly and efficient and for a quick Wednesday to-go order I left saying “I love this Penn Station.” They replied “there’s no other one like us.” That’s a sentiment I am glad to say is true.
