1st round of coffee was started to brew at 330 this morning as the opener arrived and it doesn't open til 6. I watched her brew it, and put it out on the coffee bar for use at open. I have complained to management about them coming in this early for a number of reasons like this. I was told by the manager that they approve it, though it contradicts procedure. Hopefully this public knowledge will make them real8ze they should follow the schedule and have associates supervised while they are there so customers don't arrive to 2.5 hour old coffee
We tried getting breakfast from the Traders Point location today and were Denied because "They are short staffed" yet they have More than FOUR people working today! We have No vehicle so we frequently go to local restaurants and Panera WAS one of our FAVORITES..... Until Today. I work for a VERY BUSY STORE and I WORK ALONE, so when I SEE a business CLOSE their dinning room when they have MORE than FOUR people working, I have to wonder, WHY? They not ONLY wouldn't serve us inside, they also REFUSED to let us go through the drive thru. In my opinion..... BAD BUSINESS and RIDICULOUS! Other restaurants are quite ABLE to do this Day after DAY, but Panera CAN'T? Or rather WON'T. Making the Limited menu that they DO...... I DON'T understand AT ALL.
Panera gets worse every time I visit one. And this is the Panera I visit the most. I usually order in the app and pick it up inside because no one is ever actually working behind the counter. But then I remember that I always have to ask for something that is missing from my order anyway, so it doesn't save me any time. Today, my pick-two order was delivered to the pick-up shelf just fine, but not my coffee or cookie. So I waited and waited for someone to actually help me. Finally someone does and my coffee had been sitting on their back counter the whole time. He hands it to me and gets my cookie. I wonder if anyone actually ever gets their bakery-side order for pickup without having to bug them about it. It seems just common practice that I know i'll have to check my order and then wait, and wait, to get them to actually finish it. Then, on top of that, I tasted the coffee and it wasn't made right. So I waited some more (again, not because of a line but because no one was working the counter). And another person finally came to help me. She remade my coffee. But all-in-all, such a long process just to get the stuff I ordered and should have already been waiting on the shelf for pickup.
Assistant manager was conceited and talked to you like you were a child. Ordered a to go order. When I got back to the hotel, the 11.00 dollar chicken signature sandwich was not in the bag. When I returned, the sandwich had been sitting on the counter. They handed it to me. I asked for a new one. They made me a new one. No apology. I also ordered a salad and soup. No surprise, there was no fork or spoon in the bag. I guess giving us a fork and spoon was the treat that my receipt said I would receive for my trouble if my order was incorrect.
The food is great, but you may miss out if you get there late. At 7:15 am they wer already out of all flavors of souffles.. Clean location.
I generally like their food. It does seem like their salad portions have shrunk in the past six months. Store is clean. This store is always well staffed. Other stores seem to struggle with staffing and have often had to curtail service (like close dinning room or drive thru) or hours. Prices feel a bit high for the portions served.
Don’t go here, have ordered from plenty of paneras and this one is the worst across 5 states. I can not eat meat and was looking forward to a sandwich I have had MANY times. Not only did I not get refunded, but the lady I spoke to was super rude. They lost one of their regular customers today!!! :,)
Cat was the drive thru associate and although she seemed as if she was irritated and had an extremely long day, she was cool! My lady & I ordered a full chipotle chicken avocado melt with a Tomato, Basil & Cucumber Salad and it was mmmm, mmmm, good!
As a truck driver, we order ahead in the app and our expected pickup time. The food is always there and hot. They never disappoint! We stop every time we're in the area.
Oh I was a bit disappointed. I love the soup bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup. Absolutely delicious and flavorful. Unfortunately they had run out of broccoli. So there was a choice i had to make and it was the chicken and rice soup with a steak sandwich.
