Very disappointing spent way more than the value of what I got for the money there wasn't that much and although it is posted that my order would be 100% correct I'm glad I checked before I left because they had to remake my food it was wrong I won't be going back sadly I hated giving it a star because it didn't even taste that good
Stopped in when the breakfast place we were waiting in line for became excessive. I enjoyed my toasted cinnamon crunch bagel and hazelnut coffee just as well as the breakfast I was waiting for. Kids had muffins and my son had the banana strawberry smoothie, which he loves.
My husband and I stopped for lunch on a recent trip to Indianapolis. We were both very satisfied with our meals. We would probably stop at a Panera's again if we're in an area that has one.
Except for my order (salad and muffie), the other 3people I was with had to tell staff that their bakery item was missing. I went to the bathroom several times while there and there were many customers that had the same issue.
Soup was pretty good, but I needed to add some salt. Grilled cheese bread was nice and soft, crust was crunchy. Service was quick and no wait time when I went. After 8pm.
Cashier went out of her way to get me a multi grain bagel in place of the white bread you usually get with soup. I was impressed with her effort.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup was fantastic. Restaurant was clean, service was quick and polite.
The manager was super helpful when I arrived late for breakfast. Much appreciated! Delicious breakfast wrap as well.
