Don't bother with curbside, our order was marked for pick up and waited 10 minutes after arriving and checking in and no one bought the food out. We had to go in and pick up our food instead and they took forever to even acknowledge us. As soon as we mentioned we were waiting outside for our order the employee blatantly stated "oh sorry." Why have a curbside option if we had to go in and pick it up? Horrible service and staff. Counted 11 employees, slow service, wasn't even busy.

first time i came here i was completely ignored at the drive thru. second time, i ordered curbside pickup and waiting 15 min before going through the drive thru to tell them wassup. goofy done said their drive thru was busy. there was a single car at the window. it ain’t hard to do your job and walk outside. how is anyone supposed to come here for their lunch break when you aren’t fast at all? goofy ah

Good place for breakfast, brunch, lunch, break time. Pleasant place for informal small get togethers.

The staff at this Panera were working hard to create a pleasant dining experience for their customers. We showed up after a weird experience at another place down the road. We ordered some soups, salads, and one of their new chicken sandwiches. Nothing ever looks like it does in the photos/commercials, but this particular sandwich was poor all the way around. Dented but, missing toppings, and most importantly a really overcooked chicken breast. My fault for expecting anything better, but at $8.99 they should be able to do more. Otherwise, everything was very standard Panera faire (which was a good thing).

Food was good, service was polite. Myself and fellow coworker sat outside. There was what appeared to be a homeless man sitting outside also. He was spitting on himself while explicitly fondling himself. I didn’t want to be a Karen but I wanted management to be aware of what was going on in case anyone else wanted to enjoy their outdoor patio. I told management and they replied with “he will leave soon” I’m sure he will be there for awhile. Don’t go to this establishment.

Be kind to the employees here. They all look exhausted. Managers are rude to them. Went thru drive thru for a coffee and i could tell the people behind the scenes were scattered. only giving three stars for the hardworking employees.

Try the other Panera Bread Cafes before you come here. This one keeps randomly, alternating closing the cafe or the drive- thru as they see fit and blaming staffing shortages or corporate dictates. Try the Fishers or Ft. Ben locations. Much cozier and more customer friendly.

Restaurant was very clean upon entering. We did not have to wait for very long for our order to be taken. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a safe and great dining experience.

Drive thru was closed ok fine ill walk in, then I open my coffee to find it somewhat empty. So frustrating! Side note: I have not taken a single sip out of my cup, this is how it was given to me!

I was disappointed. We ordered our food & they gave us a buzzer. They never buzzed it. We were 2 of 4 customers. We finally figured out our food was at the window. We had to ask for our coffee cups after getting our food.
