I really love Panera, for many reasons. This Panera visit was less than stellar. There was trash in front of the entrance and on the floor inside the foyer. The bathroom definitely needed to be cleaned. My food was okay, but my daughter's mac-n-cheese (which is normally incredible) was a runny mess. Clearly undercooked. I know everyone is short-staffed, which is why this visit gets 3 stars instead of 1. Hope they can get some good help.
Dining room was a filthy mess. Staff did not wipe up tables in between customers. Food and trash everywhere. Floors were dirty. Bathroom was disgusting. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 sides we got 3 sandwiches and one side and we were told it didn't matter because there wasn't much price difference. Two managers were present and did not care about the condition of the restaurant
This panera is absolutely fantastic. Incredibly quick service. I can't say more but you can tell that they have a good work culture and all of their workers are diligent and timely.
I had a 5 star experience with this location. I ordered through the app for delivery and the butthead dasher had my order cancelled because he didn't feel like waiting a few minutes. The manager made it right to make sure I got my food. That's what customer service is all about.
The broccoli/cheese soup was very good. The best parts of the steak/white cheddar cheese sandwich were the bread and horseradish sauce.
This was horrible, found a long hair on my mom's plate, the youg man wanted too just change the order to another plate,that was not acceptable to me. soup was cold, bread was hard and if all things else coffee was also cold. My first and experience with this location
I mean you just can't go wrong! Everyone was happy and the music was well picked. Clean and organized and well mannered, fresh and healthy portions for what you pay, it's worth it!
Ordered through the website and food was delivered but was missing half my order. The ticket showed everything was included in my bag and sealed. The dasher left and I have yet to be able to reach anyone to rectify this issue. I’m annoyed and understand things happen but to not be able to speak with someone about it is a concern
I have loved Panera since the very first one came to Indiana in 2000. My most recent order was made incorrectly and the manager fixed it without issue. He was apologetic and respectful but not in a way that seemed fake.
